11/01/2026: We were in Florence at the end of the year and stopped at this place for one evening. It was a terrible experience, to say the least, as it was incredibly cold. There was no heating at all, and everyone at the tables was shivering in jackets. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything. Please fix this place.

08/01/2026: Terrible experience. The cheese and bacon sandwich was practically raw: the bacon was undercooked and the cheese was completely stiff, not even melted. As soon as we got home, the little girl felt sick and ran to the bathroom with a severe stomachache. I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the incident, but obviously no one answered. Truly unacceptable service, especially when it comes to food and children's health. Never again.

07/08/2025: Nous sommes venu en famille à 5 dans ce restaurant. Acceuil moyen. Ambiance extrêmement bruyante, nous avions du mal à parler entre nous la salle résonne énormément. 25 min d attente et en plus ils ont oublié l assiette de ma femme que nous avons encore attendu 10 min. Ma pizza était trop salée, l assiette de crudités de ma femme était ultra simple (thon en boîte, boute de carotte 5olives tomates pas mûres) et pas assaisonné . Plutôt cher pour ce que c était. 28/05/2025: Ce restaurant étant situé juste à côté de notre appartement nous l'avons tout naturellement essayé à notre arrivée et au départ et avons été agréablement surpris, sa localisation donnant l'impression d'un resto "touristique", ce qu'il est par la force des choses mais on s'y régale de bonnes pizzas déjà.. Service à la hauteur, belles et bonnes pizzas, terrasse bien agréable; vous pouvez vous y arrêter sans problème.

18/08/2025: The restaurant closed recently. In its place is now the "Ex Latteria," a typical Apulian restaurant with a Puccia bar and restaurant, selling Apulian products.

13/05/2025: The pizza is excellent; I prefer the "Neapolitan" version, but there's also the wagon wheel version with a low crust. Along with the pizzas, there's also a wide selection of American sandwiches with chips. The side dishes make the meal fun and enjoyable: a small metal box on each table contains scissors for cutting the pizza and disposable gloves to keep your hands from getting too greasy, especially when eating sandwiches. You can also order small bowls of sauces to mop up the crusts... There's a play area for children, so everyone can enjoy the meal!

27/11/2025: A nightclub that opens at midnight, popular with twenty-somethings, with mostly Albanian music, but still good. There's no adult night, opening at 10:30 PM.

02/01/2026: An evening to forget... I went to this place last night to celebrate my friend's birthday... guys, I swear to God I was cold... I mean, I was eating the whole time wearing a coat and scarf. Does that seem normal to you? Oh well... I ordered my appetizer, which arrived shortly after, and then after a good 40 minutes of waiting, I finally ate my pizza... after everyone had already finished theirs—oh yeah, and obviously cold, not even hot!!... I went home and ate the whole pizza... I will never come to this restaurant again! And I hope you don't come after my review either!!

31/12/2025: Last night, December 30, about 10 of us came in for an aperitivo. It was only 6:10 PM, and we immediately noticed the annoyed reaction of the guy at the counter. I should point out that we were the only customers. After we independently pushed the tables together and took our seats, after about 10 minutes of waiting, the employee began by saying, "We don't do table service." So we acted accordingly: we ordered two bottles of wine and some appetizers, including chips, peanuts, and schiacciatine. After we brought the bottles and glasses to the table independently, the appetizers he was still preparing remained at the counter, without even any indication that we could collect them. Frankly, this isn't the first time I've used this bar; at breakfast and lunch, the staff is much more accommodating. We would have understood this behavior if the place had been crowded, as it usually is during peak hours.

21/12/2025: Excellent service with cappuccino and a non-mignon croissant served as it should be, excellent flavor, outdoor space better in the summer period now that it is closed and it is a bit more limited, outdoor seating a bit scarce.

14/12/2025: Unfortunately, the rudeness of the staff makes it impossible to appreciate the quality of the product (decent, nothing particularly exceptional). Meanwhile, it seems like they're there to do you a favor, rushing you through your selection, and the older lady at the counter turned out to be quite rude. Before ordering, you're required to get a receipt, so I did, and given the lack of prices, I didn't specify that among the three pastries I'd like a pastry, only mentioning three sweet items at the cashier. My mistake. Except that before handing me my order, the lady blurted out, "This one costs more, YOU OWE ME so much." I would have had no problem paying the difference, but her arrogant and domineering tone made me think the only thing I could think: "I'm not going back!"

27/10/2025: I order four pastries and they give me one price, then a few days later they give me another. Another time, I ask for three pastries to go and they give me two without me noticing. The staff is completely uncoordinated, the pastries are expensive and barely edible! I won't go back even if they gave them to me for free!

26/10/2025: We should have known when we were the only 8 people in the restaurant, but alas, we did not head this warning sign. The chef came out to verbally offer several courses of food for our evening. No menus were given (our second red flag) but we also didn’t know how things were done, so we said yes. I did ask for options that were no meat, and no dairy, as we had people in our group with dietary restrictions. I spoke this in Italian even though his English was very good, and he acted as though he perfectly understood . But several courses of cheesy dishes and meat followed. Eventually at the end of the courses, some charred tasting vegetables came, and some mediocre potatoes. People in the group who ate all the food said none of it was very good. The lone wait staff was not friendly nor approachable. All this to say that at the end of it all, our bill was some 430 Euro, which the chef asked to be paid in cash. Like, what? We’re not just carrying that many Euro on our person. He did of course pull out the card reader and the bill was paid. Over paid rather. If you’re still here at the end after the rambling novel of this review, my strong advice is to steer very clear of this establishment. Unless you love eating bad food, feeling like and inconvenience, and being monetarily taken advantage of. Side note, the shop next door was a dream. We had gotten coffee there earlier in the day, and it was a most pleasant experience.

22/08/2025: I visited this restaurant with my husband and found the atmosphere very homey, simple yet welcoming. The appetizer of pappa al pomodoro fritters was truly delicious, a true delight. The main course, a fillet of beef served with potatoes, was very good: the meat was tender and well-cooked. We enjoyed the pici, although we would have preferred them with less pepper, as the flavor was a bit too intense. As for the desserts, however, our experience was less satisfying: they were a bit heavy, and we weren't convinced by the choice of serving them in a cup, which was awkward both for eating and for the waiter to carry. The service was courteous, with a friendly waiter, and the wait times were reasonable, neither too long nor too fast. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for those who appreciate authentic flavors in a rustic atmosphere. The desserts could be improved, but we'll definitely be back!

03/11/2025: Very poor quality food... completely burnt and hard flatbreads and pizzas!! Buy them and throw them away after one bite.

17/10/2025: They charged me €2 for a 200g piece of yesterday's stale focaccia, as hard as concrete and brushed with oil (which I threw away after the first bite). Avoid it.

16/07/2025: Nice takeaway place with beautiful food. Staff are attentive and if you don't speak Italian, allow you to take your time. I would visit more if I was in Florence more.

01/09/2025: It’s my family’s and I first time in Italy and our Airbnb host recommended us this bakery and honestly, we couldn’t be happier! Not only are the baked goods delicious, the service is perfect as well. The lovely lady took her time to explain everything to us and give recommendations when asking, she was super friendly. This place also seems to be quite popular amongst the locals as well. Definitely coming back here. Thank you!

04/08/2025: I came to pick up a package, and the lady who served me did so in a despicable manner. If you don't want to work hard and serve customers with a smile, this job isn't for you!!!
