15/12/2024: El trabajador deshonesto del sur de Asia que viene aquí en Italia para ganar dinero rápido. Compré 2 helados, el precio de la etiqueta es 3. 5 euros pero me cobran 14 euros, la mejor parte se da 50 euros y me devuelven 30 euros. Estafar a un hombre del sur de Asia sólo puede hacer un poco de dinero por deshonra, pero nada más. Sólo piensa que un patético tipo sin educación vino aquí en Florencia que engaña dinero de turistas en lugar de su propio país, realmente vergonzoso. KNN

12/04/2025: There were five of us in total—two were ordering takeaway, while the other three planned to dine in. We were already aware before coming that the prices for takeaway and dine-in were different. While I was paying and waiting for the coffees, the two friends who ordered takeaway sat down for a moment. The owner immediately stood up and told them to leave. Even after I repeatedly explained that we understood the price difference and they would leave as soon as they got their drinks, the owner still insisted they leave with a very rude attitude. The service was honestly terrible. If you don’t have a lot of patience, I strongly advise against coming here—it could ruin an otherwise wonderful day.

10/04/2025: Bad and low quality food We didn't even finish the pasta dish... normal prices, not expensive either but it's not worth it. They are tourist traps. I don't recommend it

08/05/2025: I was disappointed with the experience at this bar. I had two croissants, a coffee and a small bottle of water and I spent €11, a decidedly high price for a very simple breakfast. The quality of the food was average, nothing memorable. The only pleasant aspect was the view from the windows, really nice, but unfortunately it is not enough to justify the cost. I do not think I will return.

07/05/2025: Scam! ! Racial discrimination! 25 euros for an ice cream, you are crazy. Never order a meal without checking the ratings or asking the price! ! This restaurant is a total scam and the food is terrible! Not only that, the attitude of the store clerk was very bad, and there was a suspicion of racial discrimination. I really advise everyone who sees the comments to never go there. There is a reason why thousands of people rated it 1 point. Just look at how many new 1-point bad reviews there are every week. If there is a negative rating option, I will give a negative rating! I really don't understand why the local tourism bureau doesn't ban this store? This kind of scam store has been able to commit fraud openly for so many years.

03/11/2024: We ordered one pizza which was 12€, and it tasted bad. We asked for the bill, which was 21€. They have secret 5€ charge, and secret 3€ charge for “using the plates and napkins”. it was ridiculous and horrible experience DO NOT go there.

22/09/2024: Estuvimos aquí hoy 9 / 22 / 24 para el almuerzo. Estuvimos sentados y luego fuimos ignorados durante 20 minutos. Finalmente tuvimos que marcar un servidor que realmente no quería reconocernos. Nuestra comida era promedio en el mejor de los casos. El personal de camareros nunca volvió. Fue imposible encontrar a ninguno de ellos que nos reconociera. Queríamos postre y la chica que finalmente marcamos era desagradable e ignorante. Después de esperar una eternidad por nuestro cheque nos quedamos atónitos al descubrir $ 11. 40 cargo por un “cargo de cobertura” se había añadido a nuestra factura. NUNCA nos dijeron que se iba a agregar un cargo de cobertura a nuestra factura. Estos tipos son horribles en lo que hacen, y luego añaden un cargo de cobertura sin previo aviso. Hay tantos buenos restaurantes en el centro. Encuentra otro lugar, no comas aquí.

05/12/2024: EVITATE QUESTO POSTO!!! Proprietario vecchio maleducato... Camerieri che seguono il loro padrone. Evitate. il proprietario prima di servire un cliente s'è messo le dita nel naso. Poi per farla ancora più decorosa, si pulisce le mani su uno strofinaccio e pulito poi i bicchieri... Da vomitare A una signora gli ha urlato " morta di fame, scommetto che non ha un euro nel portafoglio... La sig.ra esce sconvolta, rientra col marito e figlio, e il proprietario si nasconde dietro bottega... Un cinema. Ho visto in questo bar anche scarafaggi dentro il pozzetto dei gelati, comprese mosche. Da vomitareeeee... Ma i NAS controlla questo locale? Ci sono altri bar che meritano...

16/04/2025: First of all - extremely expensive for quality, interiors or service. Second of all - it is a tourist trap, as other opinions already show. Hard to see prices, twice as much as other less pronounced places. Avoid at any cost.

24/03/2025: Got an old sugar donut that was hard as a rock. Also got a sandwich on bread that was clearly also old. Disappointed since it was displayed so nicely.
