Si può mangiare sia all interno che all esterno del locale. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. I prezzi sono giusti ed il servizio è veloce. All interno della piadina presa da me purtroppo il kebab era poco ed era quasi crudo.

Il miglior kebab di Scandicci in assoluto da provare per gli amanti di tale cibo sia da asporto che mangiare sul posto consigliatissimo

Borgo alle Fate wine bar street food

02/04/2024: As a lover of seafood and seafood restaurants, I was excited to try The Fishing Lab in Florence. However, the experience was mixed. One of the positive aspects is undoubtedly the good food. The dishes were attractively presented and tasted appealing. The friendly staff also contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. However, I noticed that the seafood offering wasn't as extensive as I would have expected from a seafood restaurant. It felt more like a selection of fish tapas, which might be disappointing for some guests. Another point that marred my experience was the crowded atmosphere. Although a certain amount of busyness can be charming, the restaurant seemed congested and noisy that evening, making for a less than pleasant dining experience. The biggest drawback, however, was the price-performance ratio. The prices didn't seem to be in line with the quality and quantity of the food on offer. Considering the above points, I would have liked a better balance between price and quality. Overall, my visit to “The Fishing Lab” was an ambivalent experience. While the food and staff stood out positively, there were also clear weaknesses in terms of the seafood selection, atmosphere and value for money.
31/03/2024: This restaurant is located in the heart of Florence, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the same from Palazzo Vecchio, the place is very well looked after with spectacular vaults inside with original frescoes, the menu is either raw or cooked fish or you can skip meat, all with revisited dishes and very tasty

02/04/2024: Impeccable location and in an excellent position; truly pleasant and relaxing environment and atmosphere (from the furnishings to the choice of music) Impeccable service and presence; both the restaurant manager and the boy who accompanied us throughout the journey were courteous, professional, very attentive and perfect in their descriptions (definitely a plus having asked for advice on the wines to accompany the courses, suggestions truly appreciated) We started with an aperitif to get into the mood while enjoying two delicious Gucci spritzes For dinner we opted for the two-course + dessert menu; in our case "don't say cassate", "our trip to Modena" and the desserts "La gluta" and "From Paestum to Carrara" What can I say, excellent dishes, thought out and cared for in every detail (from the serving temperature to the plating) The Chef's welcome was very welcome (a very fun experience as well as an explosion of flavours), the selection of bread, hand-rolled breadsticks and flavored chips and a particular appreciation for the small pastry shop Wide choice of wines also by the glass and excellent advice on pairings with individual dishes Overall a wonderful experience, definitely a journey and not just a dinner, in the end I wanted to start over again (and not because of my appetite)!
