12/08/2024: OK, more than a chalet it's a kiosk. You go to get a first course or a sandwich, then you go to eat it at the tables under the trees that make up the splendid Vallombrosa forest. Bread, cheese & ham are really great. And also the cantucci taken as dessert. A little red and the stop is really good. Never mind if there's a bit of mess between the tables and it seems like they aren't cleaned very often... in the end it's the result that counts: and you go to Vallombrosa to enjoy the fresh food too ;-)

09/08/2024: First of all, it is not a restaurant as described but they only make sandwiches and two types of first courses. They absolutely need to correct the "Restaurant" description

24/08/2024: Delicious Japanese cuisine, very affordable prices, the service is very friendly and there are Japanese people working. The desserts are excellent and homemade there is also a lunch promotion for only €14.90 for 6 saucers. I thought it wasn't enough but in the end I was satisfied.

23/08/2024: Delicious, creative, fresh sushi. The cooked dishes such as chicken fry, tempura and sushi fry are also very good. Excellent homemade desserts. AUTHENTIC Japanese family run business. Low prices compared to other Japanese (not Chinese) restaurants in Florence. I recommend it

13/08/2024: Waiters were horrible and fairly rude. When asking for water- they said to “go inside as they have better things to do”. When asking to pay they refused card so we had to source a cash machine in order to pay.

12/08/2024: Super tasty! Sure a little more expensive, but come on, we are in the middle of Florence. And I also treated myself to the truffle pizza for €18. Can't say anything - it was simply delicious! And the service was also quick, friendly and attentive.

08/04/2024: purtroppo scrivo questa recensione senza avere neanche potuto mangiare perché come sono entrato ho chiesto gentilmente se c'era posto per una persona e dopo un paio di minuti il ragazzo alla cassa mi guarda e mi chiede se mangiavo velocemente..... quindi avevo già capito che non era il caso che continuasse oltre quindi ho salutato e sono andato via. Far accomodare o meno un cliente in base al criterio di mangiare veloce non mi sembra il massimo in un ristorante cosa che soprattutto io detesto personalmente sia come cliente che come cuoco. purtroppo questo non è il modo di fare con i clienti.

11/07/2024: Credo che sia veramente un'ottimo posto all'interno dell'outlet per fare una pausa snack . Ottimo cibo a prezzi accettabili .

25/06/2024: Niente da dire sulla bistecca fiorentina chianina di 1,100 kg, uno spettacolo di bontà e di tenerezza, eccellente, ottime anche le patate arrosto e le verdure grigliate. Il personale è stato gentile e professionale. Il problema è stato nei tempi di attesa, era giovedì, non c'era molta affluenza nel ristorante, ci siamo seduti ed ordinato alle 14,10 , la carne è arrivata alle 15. Troppo per me, se c'è il pienone cosa sucede? Tutto bene, ma il mio giudizio tiene anche conto del servizio, ecc...., spero la prossima volta si normalizzi. Un plauso comunque va allo chef.

31/07/2024: Tourist trap, don't go here! 3 coffees (between 5 and 7€!! / piece), 3 croissants (3.5/piece) and 3 ice Teas (6€/piece) for a total of 50€. Even at Santa Maria de Fiora, there is no shop that charges these prices. Downright scandalous!!!

20/07/2024: Quality, professionalism and courtesy. Excellence of Tuscan hospitality. A pleasant environment for a coffee break and more. Splendid outdoor space on Piazza Unità d'Italia a few steps from Santa Maria Novella, the gateway to the historic center towards San Lorenzo and the Medici Chapels, the Cathedral in Santa Maria del Fiore and Giotto's Bell Tower. A pleasant place that takes Florence back to the era of the great cafés. Congratulations to Aldo Cursano and his staff.

21/07/2024: After an amazing, long, hot day in Florence and sightseeing all the beautiful touristic spots, we came across this wonderful Trattoria and immediately fell for the authentic, calm environment. The aesthetics are beautiful. The staff is so polite and will help you find your perfect meal if you ask for recommendations. Especially Moza was extraordinary and so kind, going out of his way to make us comfortable. The authentic food was incredible and refined. It was definitely what you expect when you think of true Italian food! Trattoria del Chianti is a hidden gem in the city center of Firenze and if you walk by without stopping to enjoy their food and glass of Chianti, you are really missing out of the Italian experience!

01/06/2024: Had Pizza, 1st out here this time round, and was like a cheap pizza from the shops undercooked… the middle half was wet, and floppy. Though used a knife and fork, when I picked it up, the topping all fell off.. Had to return, and gave another couple of minutes.. Ended up with a burnt crust and mopped the fillings that were all over my plate with them.

24/03/2024: Delicious, soft pizza with many different flavors. The place is small so you are a little cramped at the tables. Good value for money given that it is very central in Piazza dei Signori

28/06/2024: Кафе, работающие многое годы в центре любого города имеют явное преимущество перед всеми прочими - они проверены временем. Потому, если вас как и меня застигнет дождь в центре Флоренции - рекомендую вам именно это джелатерию.

24/06/2024: Staff unhelpful. Poor service. Food average. When it came to paying the bill we tried twice to pay but chaotic. Ended up having to queue with lots of children buying cakes and the prices bore no resemblance to the menu prices (significantly higher). I suspect they take advantage of tourists. Would not recommend at all.

06/08/2024: Wat een lekkere koffie op de hoek van Giovan Battista Zannoni. Ook het broodje caprese heeft goed gesmaakt! En heel vriendelijk geholpen door Christian. Top!

30/07/2024: Sehr nette Bedienung, Preise für den Marktplatz absolut in Ordnung! und Christian war ein sehr hilfsbereiter sympathischer Gastgeber(Eigentümer). Für ein spätes Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen.

26/08/2024: Bella vista, ristorante semplice, senza pretese. Siamo stati sistemati all'esterno, sulla terrazza dalla quale di gode la vista di un bel tramonto sulle colline. Abbiamo consumato degli antipasti, a seguire una pizza. Il cibo mediocre, soprattutto la pizza, niente di particolare. Purtroppo in tutti i piatti ho trovato dei capelli corti e neri, che ho scartato senza farmi notare, perché ospite della famiglia del mio compagno. I piatti sono arrivati scaglionati, quindi non abbiamo nemmeno mangiato tutti assieme. Nonostante alla fine abbia mangiato un po' tutto, l'incidente dei capelli mi ha guastato la cena. Servizio lento, confuso e a tratti sgarbato. I prezzi, da quel che ho potuto vedere, sono piuttosto alti. Non so se sono stata sfortunata io con la storia dei capelli, ma

21/08/2024: Locale molto accogliente, terrazza con bella vista, camerieri gentili e molto cortesi. Abbiamo svariato dalle pizze alla cucina. Devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. I taglieri erano perfetti. Pizza buonissima e cotta a puntino. Ottima la tagliata di tonno. Prezzo ottimo. Che devo dire...... Consiglio di passarci una bella serata. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente. Dimenticavo, a Firenze c'erano 42 gradi, allo Spigo si stava d'incanto così abbiamo allungato la serata fino a tardi.

10/07/2024: The atmosphere is nice but the food is of poor quality and overpriced. It's a fast food restaurant, we agree, but I imagine that such a chain wants to try to differentiate itself from other, cheaper ones. Five stars only for the staff, who on a day of sales and an unspeakable assault were always courteous and quick. Well done.

09/07/2024: Bad food and even worse service. Would not serve us outside despite the fact another family was already served outside. Took forever to get the food and then they forgot to give us cutlery. Had to go back and then wait again.

14/08/2024: Nel senso che ci sono tantissimi tavoli, però sono abbastanza organizzati. Non capisco questa divisione tra pizzeria e ristorante perché in pizzeria si può mangiare le stesse cose che al ristorante mentre non è possibile mangiare le pizze dalla parte del ristorante. Boh? Forse x non ingolfare il pizzaiolo? Qualità nella media.

14/08/2024: Il caldo insopportabile di Firenze, al lago di Legri si sente meno. Il tavolo è sotto un albero, siamo zona pizzeria, c'è una bella ragazza che canta e ci sono dei karokari improvvisati da mal di pancia, abbiamo chiesto alla signora che prende le ordinazioni, un piatto di crostini misti, una pizza margherita, due fritture di pesce, 3 tiramisù, un caffè, un litro di vino. Attesa direi normale, arriva il piatto di crostini, buoni, ma assai poco caldi, specie quello coi fegatini, poi arriva la pizzona: è per due persone, solo io volevo mangiare una pizza, ma così è previsto e allora l'abbiamo assaggiata in tre. Abbastanza saporita, ma per una sola persona non capisco perchè non si può (probabilmente per accelerare i tempi?). Buona la frittura di pesce, saporita e ben calda. Piacevole e fresco il vino. Il tiramisù à da rivedere. Caffè. Personale cortese. In effetti c'è tanta gente, anche più vicino al laghetto. Conto .... così così.
