07/11/2025: We went for a vegetarian meal and came across a grill restaurant. But adapt, right?

11/10/2025: Attracted by the website and the excellent reviews, we booked a table at the vegetarian osteria. We were immediately astonished by the surroundings: fake plants, plants covered in colorful velvet, paper leaves stuck to the walls like in kindergarten. No problem, we opened the menu. We immediately noticed that it was very different from what we'd seen online. The selection was limited, not at all osteria-like (pad thai, curry, burgers), not particularly imaginative (but is zucchini carbonara really a good idea in 2025?), and above all, the prices were exorbitant, completely disproportionate to the offerings. We paid €22 for three falafel-style meatballs. For our appetizer, we chose potato chips with truffle: they were salt-free, and the truffle, despite seeing it, tasted like nothing, perhaps just a little earthy. In short, don't expect traditional dishes with a vegetarian twist. The cuisine is very simple and mediocre. Our impression was that the cuisine was poorly thought out, poorly curated, and created by someone who is definitely neither vegan nor vegetarian. A huge disappointment at 70 euros (a first course, a second course, and an appetizer for two). P.S.: The bread was good and the waiters were friendly.

14/10/2025: Extremely good food!! 😍 Also affordable. I went on the first night of my stay and came back on the last. Very good prices, the gentleman here is very kind. I recommend this restaurant!

16/11/2025: I got one sfogliatella frolla and a bomboloni. The price was okay, not so cheap not so expensive. Bomboloni was great, i had better sfogliatella tho.

22/11/2025: If you're not comfortable using an online reservation system, it's best to avoid it, although continuing to use pen and paper in 2025 seems a bit archaic. That said, I booked online and received confirmation from the restaurant, but once I got there (with a couple of friends and a 3-month-old baby in a stroller), my reservation wasn't there. Although the owner was kind and apologized, I was disappointed and disappointed that the only alternative offered was a last-minute, improvised table in a corner between the kitchen and the bathroom.

10/10/2025: I go there every day and always come back. It's a popular neighborhood bar, even for those who don't live in the area. It's located in front of the Piazzale Donatello gardens. Recommended for both breakfast and lunch.

18/05/2025: The restaurant’s setting is undeniably elegant. However, if you’re dining as a couple and your partner doesn’t eat meat, I strongly advise against choosing this place. All the premium cuts of meat are only available for two people. As soon as you mention that only one person wants meat, the staff’s attitude shifts — you’re no longer given the same level of attention. It’s unfortunate. A meat lover, even dining solo, should still have access to a fine cut without being sidelined. This lack of flexibility seriously detracts from the overall experience.

18/05/2025: Elegant spot with great Tusan menu and wine list. Impeccable service offered to reseat us due to noise from a large group at their initiative. Really enjoyable and memorable experience in this excellent and old world atmosphere

10/08/2025: Rifredi's landmark square in District 5, a natural shopping center with both chain stores and small neighborhood shops. A local market is held every morning.

09/10/2025: The bread is a few days old. I ordered a bresaola carpaccio with grana. Carpaccio as I understand it, nothing at all. Very little marinated and it was just ham and cheese, with a tiny drop of oil. Today, after a few days in Italy, I ordered a toasted grappa. It tastes like cork, I guess they had it open for a long time. But like everything, the first impression in a restaurant can be wrong. When I go back to Florence, I will repeat. I don't like to give bad reviews, you always have to try again!

09/11/2025: Cold, unheated dining room, unclear menu, endless wait for average-quality dishes. Soy spaghetti drowned in oil, inedible. Never again.

07/12/2025: I've eaten at this BK several times and had a pretty good impression of the place. Today, however, I wasn't at all satisfied. The trays may be well-washed, but they look awful and give off a truly dirty feel. One of the sandwiches I ordered seemed seriously undercooked. The slices were still solid, and the bacon was still very pink. The upper level of the restaurant, where you have to go when the lower level is full, was very cold (it's winter, and I had to eat with my jacket on).

18/11/2025: A bit basic, like all Burger Kings. The staff was very friendly, and the burgers were good as usual.

28/10/2025: A nice, quiet café with a variety of products to enjoy on the premises. I recommend it for a quick snack, or even a quiet chat over a cup of coffee.

03/09/2025: A modest, unpretentious neighborhood bar; don't expect anything other than the standard sweet or savory treat or a basic coffee. Prices, however, are in line with more sophisticated bars.

15/11/2025: Excellent pizza, varied doughs, short wait times and excellent ingredients.

31/10/2025: A bar along the road between the hamlets of La Pieve and Viottolo, before Scandicci. Friendly staff, good coffee.
