06/04/2025: Pranzo di lavoro in settimana. Il locale è grande con possibilità di ordinare sia dalla cucina sia dalla pizzeria anche a mezzogiorno.

27/04/2025: We had medicines for lunch before going up to the Futa Pass. We only ate a first course, tagliatelle with ragù, very dry. The place is very dated and the service is spartan. Without too many expectations, you'll be satisfied.

25/04/2025: Very spartan rooms and definitely in need of updating, the bathroom with the shower in the center that wets everything is uncomfortable. Consider the alternative provided by the campsite next door that from the stories of other travelers should be better. However, if you are traveling the Via degli Dei it is a good base with also the possibility of dinner at the restaurant (good tortelli and Florentine steak at a good price). Friendly managers.

29/11/2024: Classic country bar. The coffee wasn't great but the service was quick and friendly. They have a good assortment of cured meats and breads and fresh tortilla on Sundays

13/04/2025: I do not recommend. I ate in this kebab shop 3 days ago, so I've had some nice toilet marathons. The staff was arrogant, the meat was not wormy but from a container. No one even knows how many times the master has washed it since the opening of the business... Brother, karma will pay you back for this toilet marathon 👌... The only positive thing is that this kebab tasted ok. But don't let the taste fool you...

13/04/2025: Lo mejor que puedo escribir es frecuentar un lugar diferente. Antipático y grosero con nosotros y las 2 mesas adyacentes a nosotros. Un lugar en cada calle que le da la bienvenida y este ciertamente no es uno de ellos.

30/03/2025: Ottima scelta per un brunch in centro a Firenze. Il personale è gentilissimo, prodotti di qualità sia per il dolce che per il salato. Là cameriera Miriam molto cordiale e simpatica. Lo consiglio!!

29/03/2025: La barista é di una maleducazione imbarazzante. Sgarbata, scocciata, con fare altezzoso, risponde male ai clienti, sembra che ti stia facendo un piacere. Ci si aspetta di essere accolti con un sorriso o un buongiorno solitamente. Beh sappiate che in questo bar non succede. Non succede mai!! Può capitare una giornata “no” a tutti. Ma lei è sempre così, e la clientela poi si allontana. Se non si è portati per un determinato lavoro, é meglio lasciar perdere!!!

23/01/2025: The Fusion: la perfetta "fusione" tra mancanza di professionalità e incompetenza. Perché? Semplice. É inaccettabile telefonare per prenotare, sentirsi dire che c'è posto ma di inviare una mail per finalizzare la prenotazione, e ricevere come riscontro (dopo 1 giorno), dopo molti solleciti, che erano pieni. Purtroppo questo è uno di quei posti turistici, dove l'unica cosa che riescono a vendere con sapienza è fumo negli occhi delle persone. Mi rammarica dover scrivere questa recensione, ma è giusto che come in ogni lavoro si risponda del proprio operato.

31/12/2024: Total disappointment and lack of professionalism. On December 29th I phoned excitedly to book a New Year's Eve dinner for two, after hearing so many positive recommendations about this place. A certain Neri answers me and reluctantly tells me that there is availability and that I have to send an email to confirm. Perfect, I will send the email immediately as requested. No response. The next day still nothing. I write on WhatsApp to try to understand if the booking was successful, and I am told that there is no more room! Shortly afterwards, via email, they informed me that the last tables had been assigned on the morning of the 30th. But I had booked for the 29th! Outraged, I demand that a solution be found, as the situation is clearly unfair and resulting from their mismanagement. They assured me that they would check with the restaurant, but from that moment on... absolute silence. Today is December 31st, a few hours before dinner, and I have not received any response or alternative. Not only have you ruined my New Year's Eve plans, but you have shown a total lack of respect towards customers. Such a service is unacceptable. Not only will I never return, but I hope anyone who reads this review thinks twice before trusting you.

29/04/2025: Croissants and coffee were delicious, service was fast and attentive. Great breakfast option, with really reasonable prices before our tour at Accademia.

27/04/2025: I was served by a blond waiter who reacted to the sentence "I will order this" saying that he doesn't take orders and that I must "not be from there" and I don't understand what the word "order" means in italian. Thing is, he was patronizing and I am italian, just not from Florence. The croissant was kind of stale and the cappuccino 3,50€ which is definitely overpriced for italy: two cappuccino, one slice of pizza and one croissant 13,50€ just to have an idea and if you want to roam around. The quality was not awful, but the service ruined the experience. Nice table outside. This is my first negative review, so I would suggest you to avoid this place and the "sweety" on the side.

17/10/2024: Historic hotel in the area, dating back to the 50s and 60s, all in all welcoming, large rooms and reasonable prices

16/10/2024: 1 second of water very scarce. 25 euros. I won't set foot there again. I strongly advise against it.

04/05/2025: Great family run cafe where everyone is welcome and can re-energize after a long day of walking. We weren’t able to try their cannolis but they looked delicious.

03/05/2025: Il locale si trova in un punto super strategico, dinnanzi a Palazzo Pitti. Vastissima gamma di gusti di gelati, e vi consiglio di scegliere la versione da due gusti. Unica pecca? Non c’è gestione della coda purtroppo

05/05/2025: Slightly high price, €6 for a draft beer, good quality. Simple but free aperitif, appreciable. Fast service but difficult to understand. Particular area, the other customers were a bit rude.

05/05/2025: Sufficient aperitif with excellent prices. The owners are friendly, the other guests of the place a little less so.
