20/06/2025: Ristorante ormai di fiducia, dopo anni e anni non delude mai. La qualità prezzo è impeccabile, la scelta dei piatti è ampia e il servizio è davvero professionale, i camerieri sono sempre disponibili e Leonardo è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa! L’accoglienza e l’atmosfera sono sempre al massimo! Consigliato

15/06/2025: Cibo di qualità nella norma, alcuni piatti più buoni di altri ma diciamo niente di particolare, piatti che chi ha un po di dimestichezza in cucina riesce a cucinare tranquillamente a casa propria. nota dolente l'attesa, decisamente troppa; e la maleducazione di un membro del personale che lascia veramente perplessi tanto da non tornarci più. Unica nota di merito alla cameriera, molto gentile e professionale.

25/07/2025: Dinner for two with an appetizer, main course, and dessert, all very good (the pasta with green bean pesto was especially good). Unfortunately, the service was truly poor: waiters who ignored you at the door, brought your entree without explaining it, didn't know what wine they were serving, and showed little attention to service in general.

13/07/2025: Central location. 3-night stay. We stayed in a suite for 6 people, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom was faulty (quite noisy and water was leaking). This problem already existed before our arrival, as there was a completely soaked towel under the unit. Despite reporting it several times during our stay, no repairs were made! In the bathroom, the shower seals were not watertight. We also encountered problems with the hot water, which was sometimes impossible to obtain. We therefore had to wash ourselves with cold water several times. The price charged was not worth the services.

08/07/2025: Abominable! We were ripped off by this hotel and had to find another room elsewhere. I never saw my money again!

23/05/2025: Nous avons pris des pizzas et pâtes aux truffes et peperoni. Excellent et prix aussi 77€ pour tous. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

08/08/2025: Small, ugly, and uncool bar. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET SCAMMED: I asked how much a coffee cost and the waitress told me €1.60 (already a very high price), but when it came time to pay, I was told it was €2. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was rudely told that it was my mistake for not looking at the menu (for a coffee...). Furthermore, I was served a mediocre espresso in a cup too large even for a cappuccino. Not recommended. PAY ATTENTION: SCAMMERS.

23/03/2025: Environment without heating temperature, I don't know but we ate with our coats and a fish starter "il tegamaccio" and both ran away to another restaurant. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night

19/08/2025: A charming little spot with excellent coffee, delicious cappuccino, and fresh brioche. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The lady behind the counter was very kind, pleasant, and friendly.

21/07/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I would, since they didn't even serve us. We just wanted to get two coffees, so we lined up at the register, waited for the people ahead of us, and then the girl at the register turned around and went the other way, without even saying a word to us. We waited a bit longer, but she started serving people who had arrived later from the other side, even though I was there trying to get her attention by saying "excuse me?". We tried asking the man making the coffees to have them prepared and then pay, and he, too, pretended nothing was happening, turned around, and made the coffee only for a man he knew... terrible experience. It's a shame because the display case is very tempting, but the staff should change jobs.

05/09/2025: A little tip for the owners Be careful how you fill the water bottles; they don't seal them. The cap on the bottle I received had mold, as did the bottle. On top of that, there was raw rice, tiny pieces of salmon on the plates, 95% rice and 5% salmon. There was no sashimi for dinner. Extremely slow service. Not to mention the owner arrogantly said it was impossible for the rice to be raw. You'll see. It's still in my mouth. A nightmare.

31/08/2025: The girls working the cassa do not pay attention. Random people crash through the line to pay for a cafe. It took longer to pay than to eat. Avoid this place, find a vending machine.

02/08/2025: I stopped for breakfast, and the coffee and cappuccino were burnt. The filled croissants were €1.90 each, too bad they were frozen... terrible experience. And I spent too much for poor quality.

06/09/2025: No longer the same as before. Don't trust any photo other customers posted from more than 3 years ago. This bar has changed a lot after covid. Highest price around the region, no bartenders speak English while built beside the University(I speak Italian but I've seen tourists visiting with difficulty to communicate). 6 euro for 5 vapour steamed ravioli, 4 euro one beer. And don't trust their Chinese food propaganda ads, all hand made was a lie, try real fusion Chinese food restaurants nearby. And they didn't highlight ingredients used in dishes that might cause allergy, nor did they notify frozen products might be included. It might be a bit too strict but by the roundabout just 100m west from there a Bangladesh guy runs a food truck business, highlighted all the stuff I mentioned above.

20/08/2025: 8 yuan for mixed beer? Honestly... it's really expensive. Usually it's 3.5-6 yuan, and two glasses of mixed beer are 16 yuan 😅?

31/08/2025: I have been going to this restaurant everytime I visit Italy for the past 20 years. And I probably won't anymore. The food quality has declined. The service used to be attentive and precise, and now it's just lazy, slow, and reeks of arrogance... no offense to the good waiters there that actually try, but one rotten apple spoils the bunch!

03/08/2025: The food was quite good. The service was quite fast. There weren't many people there, which isn't surprising considering the prices. Soft drinks €6.50; coffee €4.

01/07/2025: Non sanno che significa stare al pubblico ! I pezzi salati (panini etc.) non portano mai il cartellino del costo. Schiacciatina tonda di circonferenza 11 cm al costo di 5 euro con formaggio e melanzane. Un succo di frutta, normalissimo 3,50 euro al supermercato il solito a 1,50 euro ! Non c'è male come ricarico !

22/06/2025: Excelente servicio para nuestro grupo escolar. Buena comida. Preciosa decoración en un espacio fresco. Los 3 platos eran muy sabrosos y frescos. Nuestro camarero trabajó muy duro y era encantador.

08/07/2025: A very straightforward airport.. from landed to baggage claim took only 10 minutes.. when u exit, turn left and walk for about 3 mins and you'll find tram.. very convenient

07/07/2025: Unfortunately, our experience with Florence Airport was absolutely disappointing. Our flight to Vienna was canceled without any explanation. Instead of actively supporting us, we had to look for alternatives ourselves and found a flight via Frankfurt that departed only two hours later. However, the lady at the counter strongly advised us against taking this flight and instead recommended taking a bus to Bologna, from there to Frankfurt, and finally to Vienna. Unfortunately, we trusted this suggestion. The result: over four hours of waiting in the hall without any information about when the bus would finally depart. During this time, the flight we originally planned to take took off. The customer service was abysmal – no communication, no help, no accountability. This airport has a lot of catching up to do in terms of service and professionalism. Management should urgently work on how it treats passengers, especially in such exceptional situations. It's a shame that our trip to Florence ended so disappointingly.
