23/09/2025: Having happened upon the area by chance, we noticed the signs advertising it on the street, and decided to stop for dinner. The food was neither good nor bad, at least for what we ordered. The staff, all volunteers, were very friendly. Payment is cash only.

21/09/2025: I found out about it through a Facebook post, so I went there specifically. I really enjoyed it...the grilled meat trio was excellent, and the chicken was good, even though it was obviously reheated. A tip: instead of the battered mixed vegetables, try using boiled beans, which pair beautifully with the sausages and grilled meat. I'll definitely be back next year.

07/12/2025: Today I ordered a pasta and a coffee. The pasta survives. The coffee... less so. As soon as the black liquid touched the cup, the air filled with the typical aroma of the metallurgical workshops of 1954. A scent that doesn't say "good morning," but "comrade, today we melt steel or die trying." I taste it. Taste: melted metal, with gentle notes of rust and a wet manhole cover after the rain. Aftertaste: a Soviet firmness that hits you like a Party inspector when he discovers you've been smiling too much. Across from me, the barista (or the judging entity) looks at me as if I were the problem, not the metal alloy they just served in my cup. I'm almost ashamed to say it tastes like bolts. So I drink in silence, like a good soldier who asks no questions. I leave. I pick up the phone. I'm writing this review because certain truths can't remain buried under the blanket of social fear. Rating: ☭ / 5 In the end, a rather positive experience.

08/10/2025: Not exactly the best. Distracted staff turns their backs on customers for long periods of time to chat among themselves. The attitude is informal, even too informal. Order-in is optional. Dirty cups and glasses litter the customer area.

28/10/2025: Excellent choice, pan-style pizza. Four of us had a good meal with beer and soda, and we spent 40 euros. We recommend it. Excellent location!

18/12/2025: Terrible since the management changed. The staff is friendly, but the products and coffee are not. Don't order the first courses...the sausage and leeks are barely edible.

04/12/2025: We ate there twice during our short break. The service was excellent, and the owners were always very friendly and accommodating. Communication in English was also fluent. The menu is extensive, and everything we tried (bread, antipasti, cheese, pastries) was delicious. Many thanks, Mille Grazie, for your hospitality! P.S.: The restroom was also very clean. :)

24/11/2025: I wish I could give this place more stars, for their commitment, professionalism, and kindness—qualities that can't be emphasized enough. Last but not least, the food and wine selection are top-notch!

07/01/2026: It's the most delicious place I've eaten in Florence, except for my aunt's house. If you're in a hurry, don't come. If you want to feel royal, don't come. It's a homey place, run by a lady whose cooking is spectacular, a very sweet lady. The food is incredible; I couldn't say which was the best: the tortelloni, the pasta carbonara, the meatballs, the mushroom bruschetta, or the pasta with ragù. It's a hidden gem in the city; it's not centrally located, but it's definitely worth a visit. Just one recommendation: fix the heating.

07/01/2026: Worth taking your time, a true hidden gem. It’s not centric, and it’s not going to be quick. But it will be one of the most beautiful Italian meals you will ever taste. Attended by the owner, a very lovely lady. Try everything you can. I did not even take many pictures, that’s how good the food was.

18/01/2026: We walked into this bar and noticed that the waitress ate some of the clams before bringing them to our table, leaving the shells on the plate. I don't recommend it.

22/03/2026: The raw fish platter was excellent, as were the tuna croquettes and the main courses (tuna tataki and baked cod). The lady who served us was very kind, and the bill was in line with what we ate and drank. Highly recommended!

19/02/2026: Me and my wife were in Florence for our anniversary and we stumbled upon this restaurant and quickly fell in love with the atmosphere and the food did not disappoint! The service is top there and they are super friendly and made us feel at home to the point where we came three nights in a row. I highly recommend whether you’re looking for great pasta, steak, and pizza since we got to try a little bit of everything! Stop in for a drink and some food you won’t regret it!

04/11/2025: This morning I ate the most delicious rice pudding in the world! Master pastry chef Michele outdid himself, with an unexpected base of rice cream, a true sensory journey!!!!

24/10/2025: We ordered some food to go! The food wasn't that great, I didn't like it, it tasted moldy, it was spicy, and it tasted horrible! I will never order this food again.

05/09/2025: I've already been to this restaurant a couple of times and I will definitely be back because the food is really great! The owner is very kind and helpful, the service impeccable. I recommend the traditional bamboo rice, the Chinese aubergines braised in spicy sour and the taro. If you want to try something new, this is the right place, this is not the usual Chinese restaurant that offers "Italianized" food, here you can taste the real Chinese cuisine of Sichuan.

21/12/2025: Two people at the bar who don't understand Italian, a rude blonde cashier who doesn't know the difference between a Franciacorta and a Prosecco, a Spritz made with a fake Aperol liqueur, a cutting board without even toothpicks, and can you eat the cheese and olives with your hands? If people don't want to work, they should stay home.

15/12/2025: Given the number of visitors to The Mall, it's unthinkable to have an insane line for a sandwich. I think they should rethink the layout of the cafeteria to allow for faster self-service.

22/02/2026: Ordered on Deliveroo: the pizza itself wouldn't have been bad, too bad it arrived cold as the delivery driver transported it in a simple trunk instead of a thermal one.

16/02/2026: A casual neighborhood spot, when I was there, I found students and retirees having lunch. The tobacco shop is well-stocked. The staff are professional and attentive.
