23/01/2026: An absolutely dreadful and completely unacceptable experience. The waiters' treatment was shameful: arrogant, completely passive, and alarmingly unprofessional. Not only did they offer no help whatsoever, but serving customers seemed like a chore. The neglect was constant and deliberate. The food was downright insulting. Poorly prepared, tasteless dishes of extremely low quality, with such basic preparation that it bordered on the ridiculous. Inexpensive ingredients, sloppy presentation, and a general feeling of utter carelessness. Paying for this food is, frankly, a rip-off. The restaurant's organization is chaotic: endless waits, constant mistakes, and a clear lack of control and responsibility. Everything conveys neglect, apathy, and zero respect for the customer. In short, a place I will never return to. A frustrating, unpleasant, and entirely avoidable experience. There are many places, even cheaper ones, that offer infinitely better service. 100% avoidable.

25/11/2025: I stopped by today for a "diet" but satisfying lunch. What can I say? I was completely satisfied. The poké was absolutely delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the service was fast and helpful. When I'm back in Florence, I'll definitely be back.

09/12/2025: I got married at the villa, but I also saw the hotel. A fairytale place, with competent and friendly staff. A local landmark that makes you want to stop by and say hello if you're in the area. Stop by and you won't be disappointed.

05/11/2025: Last terrible experience. It used to be a good place, but there were two of us for a pizza midweek, and the place was empty. We sat down at 8:00 PM and ordered, but we couldn't see anything. The pizza arrived at 9:20 PM. If the place had been full and it was a Saturday, I would have understood... It's a shame because the pizza was really good.

20/02/2025: Top, food with cheeses, fruit and meat all of their own excellent production. Excellent ice cream shop. Nursery complete with everything and on weekends you can have a picnic in their park and be outdoors. I go there many times and I really like it

02/11/2025: The pizza and fried foods are excellent, and the desserts are also good. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired, and we noticed several slight oversights. I recommend checking the prices carefully, especially the two very simple platters offered off-menu for the modest €60.

05/10/2025: Friendly staff, but the wait was too long. We ordered a fried pizza as an appetizer and waited over 40 minutes, and it wasn't dry. The pizzeria is small, seating about 40 (I made a reservation), but there's only one pizza chef who also makes takeout pizzas, which keep coming in, so all orders are given priority. After waiting for the first pizza, we waited another 20 minutes for the two pizzas that had already been ordered with the appetizer. I had requested a light-colored pizza, but it arrived a bit burnt (while the other was very light, just as I would have liked). The pizzeria door remains open to make it easier, and I think also as a sign of friendliness for those waiting for takeout, but they often smoke while waiting, and the smell of cigarettes permeates the pizzeria. Very interesting pizzas. Average quality of ingredients.

25/11/2025: As soon as I called, while the operator was speaking to me, he was talking to other people, not at all friendly, complaining on the phone about the workload, with no concern for me being on the phone listening to his complaints. Finally, lastly, he told me it was inappropriate to bring me a pizza because I paid by card, and to call somewhere else! I'd already gotten the pizza from them, and it wasn't even bad, but friendliness and kindness come first!
