24/06/2025: rude and very slow staff to take two waters from a boy in front of us, we had to wait 15 minutes shameful, the food is mediocre.

21/06/2025: I had the 220 they served first people with numbers following mine more than 18 minutes for a plant based wopper that was missing to complete the tray and it's Saturday night not even 8pm and they're already in confusion

08/06/2025: Menù modesto. Alcuni piatti veramente di qualità modesta. Prezzi veramente esosi. Erano diversi anni che non cenavo qui, ma vista la pessima esperienza non ritornerò più.

11/05/2025: I have to re-evaluate this restaurant which 4 years ago I would have even given 5 stars to me today it seemed like a big brothel a real and big disappointment!!! Waited more than half an hour to sit at the table with even a small number... menu really 3 things in cross fixed menu with real restaurant prices but in reality in people's homes with all due respect you eat better! Pasta with meat sauce €15 it looked like an espresso dish of meat sauce, it tasted of little and was very raw! Grill also failed that internally raw chicken leg, dry pork slices, only 1 sausage was saved 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 It must be said that the only good thing was the dessert on that one, hats off! We will definitely never return today and it was a big disappointment!

08/06/2025: sosta durante la via degli dei, sembra di andare indietro nel tempo, tutto è anni 70, anche le persone dietro il bancone sembrano di altri tempi, un bar che fa anche la schiacciata con salumi soprattutto la finocchiona, ambiente molto spartano, tavoli esterni, prezzi regolari.

26/03/2025: Non raccomandiamo questo posto a nessuno. Comanda buttata sopra il pesce crudo, bottiglia d’acqua sporca e abbiamo anche riscontrato pesce dentro il piatto. L’impressione avuta è stata dí trascuratezza delle norme sanitarie.

13/04/2025: Lo mejor que puedo escribir es frecuentar un lugar diferente. Antipático y grosero con nosotros y las 2 mesas adyacentes a nosotros. Un lugar en cada calle que le da la bienvenida y este ciertamente no es uno de ellos.

09/06/2025: An incredible view of the Duomo for a beautiful experience but marred by rude staff and as a booking for 4 we were squished around a table for two and stuck in the walkway. Definitely recommend for the view but if you are looking for an experience there are alternative roofbars to consider.

07/06/2025: $14 per drink compared to six on the street. Staff very nasty with bad attitude. Bathroom looks like that of something at a high school football game. The views were nice, but overall this place is the pits.

02/06/2025: I'll start by saying that I came to this place because of its history. I went in asking what time the bombs came out, and I said it was 11:25 pm, the young lady turns around and says they come out at 11:30 pm, ok, perfect.... I go out for a moment, smoke a cigarette and when I come back at 11:31 pm the young lady turns around and says they come out in 5 minutes, what I'm telling you is very simple, if you want to be precise you can do it freely but then you have to be precise until the end..... anyway, the moral of the matter, I got some croissants and nothing exceptional, a place not recommended

28/04/2025: I rarely find Pastes that don't satisfy me, and unfortunately here was one of those times. The brioches dough was just passable but the cream was really tasteless, as well as a bowler hat stuffed with pistachio which was little more than a piece of bread with some rather cloying pistachio Nutella. Considering that they ask for €1.60 per piece, we are quite beyond any logic. It's also a shame because there is no decent alternative to be found in Florence.
