01/07/2024: Crispy and good pizza, made with wholemeal dough. Express desserts, good. There weren't many customers, just us on a Saturday evening. It amazed me because the food is good. Quiet evening with friends.

29/06/2024: The focaccia stuffed with salami and mozzarella was very good but when I used the bathroom I couldn't believe it. Apart from the terrible smell, there was no water flowing in the toilet and therefore the needs of who knows how many people had accumulated (this explains the smell). I have never seen a bathroom in those conditions. Furthermore, looking around, the hygiene of the places where the food was stored left something to be desired. I really don't think I can recommend this place. I do few negative reviews but this time I really have to.

29/04/2024: Lunch on Sunday with Luis's friends.. Nice and comfortable environment.. 1 meter from the museum dedicated to Gino Bartali.. The terrace that juts out onto the street is also nice.. Recommended.

06/08/2024: Spaghetti with sauce and mushrooms, guess what, without mushrooms🤣🤣. Luckily the staff is very kind and helpful, it saves you if you don't know where to eat and pass by

30/07/2024: Il Cimatori, tambien 5 Amici, es un ambiente muy recomendable para comer la verdadera comida florentina/toscana, sin turistadas pero adecuado a quien pasa rápidamente por Florencia. La bistecca, la ribollita, la tagliata, la tagliatella.... Y el buen vino chianti o lo que quieran. A no perder.

14/05/2024: Apart from the room outside which smelled like sewage, inside it was fine. The dishes didn't seem to me to be of good quality, very spicy cuisine to my taste. Kind service. Fair price for what I ate

27/04/2024: Cold environment, poorly balanced first courses (too much sauce or too much cream compared to the truffle) Dishes that are found in a school canteen in terms of quality. The watery pizza with too much mozzarella and few ingredients (3 slices of ham, 4 frankfurters and 3 slices of salami)... the desire to try dessert has passed Bad experience, absolutely not recommended... better fast food just before.

29/07/2024: The cafe is in a quiet neighborhood and it’s location is very nice. However, we were very disappointed by the attitude of two staffs there, these two ladies were rude to us, not sure if they hate Asian or they frown upon tourists or what. When we entered the cafe with two luggages we just wanted to sit down and to settle the luggages so they won’t block the way. Meanwhile, they urge us to order by keep repeating the same word with a intimidating face. When we were ordering, the whole process is uncomfortable like you are going through a military camp. FYI we have been polite and quiet the whole time, not sure why would they treat us without any respect. We enjoy our stay in Florence, but were disappointed by this one and ONLY bad experience here.

11/08/2024: Sono stata con mio marito a mangiare la pizza.... pizza, direi più che altro un mollicone! Pizza tipo gomma da masticare, vespe e zanzare sul tavolo.... prezzi allucinanti per essere un locale così semplice e di bassa qualità di pizza! Non tornerò, troppo delusa. 2 pizze semplici, 1 birra media ed acqua... 32 euro!! Roba da pazzi!

14/07/2024: We stumbled upon it by chance and have become regular customers. Nice place, friendly staff, and delicious pizzas. I recommend the calzone, one of the best I've ever eaten. The value for money is also excellent, the bill is honest

09/08/2024: A motorbike ride and a good culinary stop, a very kind welcome and a lot of availability, ate tortellini with ricotta and spinach, butter and sage and one with mixed meat and cheese ragout plus a leg of duck with spring onions, all accompanied with excellent wine. Definitely worth revisiting to try other specialities, 5 stars well deserved

07/08/2024: If I had to give you money I would rather die of hunger...rude and arrogant owner...I was about to sit down and in a whisper I hear the owner call me stupid...how dare you!!!! reading other reviews I seem to understand that rudeness reigns supreme here... .a piece of advice...change jobs!!!!!! It's certainly not your job!!!
