05/08/2024: Siamo stati un domenica di agosto, sperando di mollare un pò il caldo della città ma purtroppo, esperienza negativa. Tutto TROPPO sommario, nessuna manutenzione, nè della piscina, nè delle aree comuni, nè del giardino. Foglie ovunque, erba secca, lettini sfondati, ombrelloni rotti, bambini incustoditi e genitori cafoni! Salvo le signore della cucina, brave! Almeno il cibo era, non eccellente ma accettabile, almeno ha un buon prezzo e quindi va bene anche se è discreto e non eccelso. Non ci tornerò ed è un peccato perché avere un posto così e tenerlo così male è un vero dispiacere.

28/07/2024: Come sempre Villa Ilangi è una garanzia, cucina casalinga, ottima carne ed ottimo vino. Ambiente con gestione familiare con un bellissimo panorama sulle vigne e sulla Val Virginio. Perfetta soluzione per chi cerca la cucina toscana a 20min dal centro di Firenze.

26/08/2024: The location is absolutely great! Beautiful old building. Unfortunately, the food is definitely not worth the money. Quality is fine but the dishes are unimaginative. You would make more of it yourself. Too expensive and too little. The service is provided by young ladies who have certainly not yet attended hotel school. The food is dumped on the table and they are not interested in anything. Definitely don't. We stayed in the adjacent hotel, which was absolutely great! Neat, large room which was immaculately clean. Recommended! Breakfast is offered in the same restaurant. This is good. Friendly service. I would definitely do this when staying at the hotel.

15/08/2024: REFRESHMENT AREA. One of the oldest places in Figline Valdarno, small but very nice, but poorly maintained by a management which in my opinion focuses most of its attention on the accommodation area given that the restaurant was not satisfactory, starting from the prices being too high according to my opinion for what we ate, there were 4 of us serving a few tables outside. We ordered a platter, pici all'aglione, a risotto with prawns and courgettes, and a glass of wine. We waited about 20 minutes for a cutting board in the meantime we ate bread from hunger. The cutting board was x2 ps 28 euros: they brought us two small wooden tiles with 4 slices of cheese and some cold cuts (prosc. Salam. Etc..) 2 for each, 2 liver crostini, 2 small bruschetta, and 2 slices toasted with oil. I had asked for a bit of honey or a sweet and sour jam for the cheeses because it was missing, they had brought me an apricot jam which were certainly small hotel packages before being brought in a small bowl. The wine: it hadn't arrived either during or before the starter, so when they took away the starter plates I pointed it out to them, and I asked them NOT to bring it to me anymore since I would have preferred to drink it with the cured meats. After a few seconds another waiter arrives with the bottle ready to apologize and pour it for me. I promptly replied "thanks but I would have preferred it before, don't worry". The first courses: my partner ordered a risotto with prawns and courgettes, where she put raw salt on top and she NEVER does that, it was tasteless, frozen prawns and there was no (*) on the menu, and the rice was gone...overcooked. I ordered the pici all'aglione, the flavor was also good but the pici were raw, in fact the pasta remained between my teeth and I had a lot of difficulty chewing, I called the waiter to have him take it back at least to let me sauté it a little more in the pan and he replies "look, pici have to be like this" I didn't want to make a show of showing him how hard the pasta was and so making a silent scene I had them cooked in the pan, in fact this time they were edible. For 2 first courses and an appetizer 72 euros for 2 people without the Fork discount, not recommended.

15/08/2024: Premetto che il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, e che alcuni piatti erano buoni, per es gli spaghetti di grano saraceno; ma sul sushi stenderei un velo pietoso, a parte il pesce di dubbia qualità, non sono neanche in grado di confezionarlo in modo presentabile, sembrava fatto da qualcuno che prova a farlo in casa per la prima volta senza riuscirci.

13/07/2024: Excellent quality food, spotlessly clean kitchen and quiet environments. Nice and fast service. It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Florence. I recommend the ebi tempura uramaki (n.50), the miso soup, and the huramaki (very large and really delicious).

23/08/2024: Very bad experience. Unbalanced quality/price ratio. Industrial product. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

17/06/2024: Ate here because nothing else was halal. Found it to be relatively expensive compared to other places but didn’t have any other options. Asked the owner about the food but only got rude replies and a very nonchalant attitude. The owner was very impatient and looked as if he would have preferred I didn’t visit the place. Ordered a menu and asked if I could change the coke you got with it for a bottle of water. After a lot of going back and forward the owner gave me permission. The food was medium at best and wasn’t fresh at all. When it got to the bill the owner requested I pay extra for the bottle of water. Tried explaining I only took the bottle of water and didn’t take the coke. The owner started to get angry (mind you, a bottle of water is way cheaper than a can of coke) and still demanded I pay extra. All in all horrible experience.

08/06/2024: They are not Turks as it says at the entrance, I think they are Bengalis or Indians, and the kebab is not very good!

19/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per le 20:30 e siamo arrivati alle 20:15. Il locale era abbastanza pieno quindi che c'era da attendere era scontato. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di mare che dopo una ventina di minuti é arrivato. Buono niente da dire. Dopo un'ora di ulteriore attesa ho chiesto conto delle 4 pizze al cameriere e mi dicono che stavano arrivando. Dopo altri 20 minuti i signori arrivati dopo di noi pagano e se ne vanno. Richiediamo al proprietario e le pizze dice erano in forno. Vediamo arrivare delle pizze ma vanno al tavolo accanto. Richiediamo e ci dicono che le pizze stanno entrando in forno, ma non c'erano giá dice mia moglie? Insomma dopo oltre 2 ore di prese in giro le abbiamo mangiate. Buone certo, bella la location ma considerata l'attesa e le sciocche scuse propinate il posto non fa per me. Capisco se ci sono dei problemi ma non mi piace essere preso in giro dato che pago.

11/08/2024: Cena in famiglia. Prenotazione alle 20:30, gli antipasti arrivati alle 22:00, i primi alle 22:40, dolci e caffè alle 23:30. Prendete meno tavoli se non ce la fate, santo cielo!! Il conto davvero esagerato per la cena. Piatti buoni ma non importa più nulla, se l’attesa è infinita ed il prezzo è troppo alto.

16/07/2024: I was a few days ago at Bar C-House on the outskirts of Florence, inside the San Donato a Novoli shopping center, and it was an excellent experience. The place is cozy and the staff is really friendly. I had a coffee, a croissant, a sandwich and a freshly squeezed juice, all delicious. Even though it is on the outskirts, it is well served by the Tramway, so it is easy to reach. I recommend this bar to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stop while shopping.

20/07/2024: Arrêt pour la pause apéro, nous avons commandé deux Aperol Spritz ( très bien servis!!) Cadre sympathique en face du fort Pitti

10/07/2024: Really nice Italian sandwiches! Also the Wrap with vegetables was so nice. Our waiter was super kind, helpful and we got to make some changes to our order. Generally a really nice experience and very cheap as well! Would definitely recommend.

18/08/2024: A green setting, in the shade and calm necessarily comes at a price. Prices are around 15-20% higher than elsewhere but it is possible to extend a pleasant moment there, dolce vita style.

16/08/2024: They don't accept the POS and for 27 euros for three spritzes not accepting it seems scandalous to me, I give one star because I can't give less. They didn't even give the receipt. The staff was unpleasant at times rude and incompetent

08/07/2024: Cosa si può dire dello staff di Pizzaman?! Noi ci andiamo spesso perché la pizza (e non solo... da provare l'antipasto lucano) è buonissima e super digeribile. Buona l'offerta gluten free, anche di birra. Ma lo staff è il vero valore aggiunto di questo locale: sempre carini, super sorridenti, Siamo andati in un sabato sera in cui erano praticamente pieni, e anche se non avevamo prenotato ci è stato detto con un bellissimo sorriso che non c'era problema e che avrebbero trovato un posto per noi. Questo secondo me fa la differenza. Bravi, bravi, bravi a tutti i ragazzi di Pizzaman! Noi torneremo da voi sempre con grande piacere.

23/06/2024: Cena rovinata, dal servizio non professionale della cameriera. Nello specifico mentre sparecchiava i piatti dall'antipasto mi ha rovesciato il calice di vino addosso...bagnandomi la camicia ed i pantaloni, può accadere ma non chiedendo solo scusa e sparendo per il resto della cena. Non ho riportato l'accaduto al titolare al momento del conto. Mi aspettavo che l'avesse fatto lei Magari alla fine uno sconto per il servizio lavanderia ci stava. Questo è il modo per perdere clienti

31/08/2023: I'm not complaining about the food, because everything was delicious. The waiters were also really friendly and helpful. But I won't go back again due to the rude behavior of the owner who responds to customer requests like: "if you don't like it, there's another pizzeria nearby". Shameful. I'm not a little girl who can be easily scolded even without guilt. I demand respect and education. Never again and never then... until the owner changes.
