It might seem like tourist trap but the guys who work here was top tier! The drinks was amazing and hospitality was also really good!! Come by and have drink and enjoy the view

This historic restaurant opposite the Baptistery of Santa Maria del Fiore offers traditional cuisine in a cozy, barrel-vaulted basement. Excellent Tuscan soups and pasta dishes. Reasonable prices.

Restaurant across from the Baptistery and the main cathedral of Florence. We went in the afternoon and sat outside; the service was excellent. We ordered appetizers to share and wine. Everything was of very high quality, beautifully presented, and with fresh ingredients. I would return.

I dined here on New Year's Eve 2025, without a reservation. Everything was perfect: the waiter was attentive, extremely kind, and professional; the food was high-quality (appetizers, first courses, and dessert); the place is a gem of historic architecture, elegant and quiet. I honestly don't understand how anyone could give a negative review to such a place (especially since I noticed that the staff showed the same attention to my wife and I as they did to other customers inside the restaurant).
For the food I ate and the remarkable quality of the location and service, I honestly spent less than I expected. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return at the first opportunity.

We tried the pappa al pomodoro, which was really delicious, and then there was a fabulous view of the Baptistery.
