We ate at Nuovo Ranch almost every evening during our vacation. The food (pizza, pasta, Florentine steak, etc.) was always delicious. The portions were generous, and we found the prices very reasonable. The waiters were all very friendly and attentive. It was our daughter's birthday today, and they placed a candle with her age on the dessert and played "Happy Birthday" in the restaurant. Simply wonderful! We really enjoyed sitting on the covered terrace. It's not a fancy restaurant, but the people and the atmosphere are genuine and authentic. That's exactly what we loved about it. Thank you so much, dear Nuovo Ranch team!

Typical Tuscan cuisine, simple but good, shame about the bad weather, I will return when the sun shines, because the location in the middle of nowhere is truly enchanting.

13/06/2026: I ate one of the best pizzas I've ever had. They're friendly enough, and they try to please their customers as much as possible. It's a shame about the limited seating inside (but remember, it's not a restaurant, but a takeout pizzeria) and the lingering food smell. But the pizza is what matters: excellent dough, top-quality ingredients, and fair prices.

27/06/2026: Excellent traditional osteria just steps from Ponte Vecchio. We arrived exhausted from the June heat, and they welcomed us very kindly. We ate the salad of the day, which was delicious and fresh. They also gave us great tips for the next day's tour. Highly recommended!
22/06/2026: We found this restaurant searching for a place with gluten free options for me. After sitting down at another place only to learn salad was their only gluten free dish. What delight to find this small quaint family owned restaurant with few tables and owners that are warm lovely and serve tasty meals for both gluten free (me) and other options for my family. Service was great food was delicious - a great lunch experience!
