Caffe Rivoire In Firenze

Disappointing. The place is very beautiful, but the service was barely polite. A €13 fruit juice was lukewarm; we had to ask for ice. The waiter was extremely unfriendly from beginning to end and bumped into us while we were seated without apologizing. The faux leather chairs were very uncomfortable in this heat, and the misting fans were ineffective.

They had the best affogato in Florence. Rafo was very friendly and fun. The service was fantastic.

Historic, elegant café, restaurant, and tea room with outdoor seating in Piazza della Signoria, the heart of the city. Pastries, chocolates, and even steak (90/kg; the average in the city is 60; 120 for Chianina; up to 160!!!—you read that right). At the coffee counter, 180, 1.80 for "lieviti," 1.10 for "mini," comfortable tables inside for easy support, and a pleasant tea room. The Sacher torte is excellent. And the mojito, too. The stuffed giraffe, part of the decor, isn't a nuisance, it intrigues the children, and has a story I won't tell otherwise it'll be dark. Dogs and small dogs are welcome, as long as they don't bark. A good stop, in the front row on the outdoor seating area if you want to have lunch or dinner, also to enjoy the monumental spectacle that unfolds majestically before your eyes.

Absolutely love the cappuccino here and the mini dessert. The waiter was very nice too, which really elevated our experience. I recommended.

Three desserts and two drinks cost 38 Euros while sitting down. It's a clean and nice place. The food is really delicious.

A great place to have breakfast early in the morning. We arrived at 8:00 AM and there were already many people having coffee at the counter. I ordered a macchiato and a small baguette sandwich with pecorino cheese and cold prosciutto. Perfect size. Name: Duchesse Fast service. Great price for what I consumed.
