01/03/2025: The pasta with squid ink and the tagliatele with pumpkin and spinach are spectacular. And the creamy tiramisu with cookies instead of cake. Of the 3 days we were in Florence, it was the best restaurant we tried. We recommend it!

25/03/2025: Delightful and knowledgeable service, creative cooking, excellent wines and great value for money. A real find in Florence. Every dish was interesting and beautifully presented. Unlikely combinations all worked, for instance the somewhat bizarre sounding savoury Japanese crème caramel as starter. A triumph. A refreshing alternative to standard Firenze trattorias. Superb!

22/02/2025: Food with attention to detail, refined tastes, small note on the desserts that are very good, but not at the height of the appetizer and the second, the first slightly unbalanced in tastes, but always excellent. Informal and kind service, sommelier really good at giving advice. Small, simple environment, crockery in particular, not exactly high-quality Bormioli glasses with very thick glass, do not do justice to the sommelier who is instead very professional in suggesting and explaining the wines. Overall everything was very pleasant.

24/03/2025: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the recommendation of friends who are great connoisseurs of Japanese gastronomy. From the moment you enter, it's like diving into Japan, without having to fly for 15 hours! It feels like you're in a suspended time machine that projects you far back into a Japanese inn where deference, refinement and attention to detail are the masters of the place. Both the welcoming smile and the dishes contribute to making this experience at Cuore a true culinary and cultural journey. I highly recommend it!

Each dish is well explained in detail and particular attention is given to customers with any allergies/intolerances. Possibility of choosing some vegetarian dishes as well. The staff were super friendly, polite and professional. Advised .

11/12/2024: This was our first trip to Italy. We stumbled across this place while trying to find a laundromat of all things. Roberto and Monica are the friendliest owners we have met. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable, although I would have paid more for the experience we had. As our short stay came to an end, Roberto thanked us with something akin to an Irish coffee, except with espresso instead of regular coffee. He told us they don't often get tourists, but if you are reading this, please do your best to change it. We will definitely return to this hidden treasure of Florence Grazie Monica and Roberto!

17/01/2025: Locale che frequento ormai da parecchio tempo, pochi tavoli che creano un'atmosfera molto intima con musica di sottofondo scelta con gusto. Piatti curatissimi da chef stellato ottimi sia nella qualità che nella presentazione. Favoloso anche il servizio ai tavoli. In pratica consigliatissimo. Rapporto prezzo qualità al top Michele

11/01/2025: Piccolo ristorantino dall' atmosfera intima,molto curato in ogni dettaglio. Le ricette sono molto particolari soprattutto per quanto riguarda la presentazione creata da uno chef di grande inventiva oltre che esperienza! Ottime pietanze preparate sempre con grande cura, carta dei vini scelta con altrettanta attenzione. Siamo clienti da tempo e lo consiglio vivamente!

25/01/2025: Auf Grund der Empfehlungen in Tripadivsor waren wir zum Abendessen. Wir haben ein highlight erlebt und einen grossartigen Abend genossen. Die Bedienung und der Service waren individuell und persönlich, das Essen frisch zubereitet und ausreichend, man kann dieses Lokal einfach nur empfehlen. Würden wir hier leben, wären wir hier regelmässig zu Gast.

02/02/2025: Una stupenda domenica in famiglia trascorsa tra buon cibo, ottimo vino e atmosfera assolutamente familiare e accogliente. Marco porta a tavola non solo l’essenza e l’autenticità della Toscana ma soprattutto l’animo e il brio. Se volete mangiare come a casa e sentirvi a vostra agio, bambini compresi, questa taverna è la scelta migliore!

11/03/2025: I celebrated my birthday in one of Overfit's private rooms and I couldn't have made a better choice. Let me start by saying that Overfit has always been a guarantee for me, whether it was for a cocktail after dinner or for a pinsa or a burger with friends. I'm vegan, and even before they included a menu of pinsas dedicated to vegans, they always came to my aid by offering me options not on the menu, making dinner not a "make do" but always a very pleasant surprise. Returning to the party, the room was set up impeccably, far exceeding my expectations which were already very high having known the place for several years and having attended multiple parties. The menu was designed specifically for me, while for people with celiac disease there was a dedicated menu which left them decidedly full and satisfied. I have never been good at organizing my birthday, unfortunately I don't have this gift, but thanks to Manuel who took care of organizing the party, to Neri who personalized the menu especially for me, and to Samuele, Giulia and Lara who provided an exceptional service during the party, I undoubtedly had the most beautiful (and unforgettable) birthday ever! Please don't delay in organizing your party because the rooms go away quickly and months in advance! And I understand why! 🎉🎈

24/03/2025: I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every time I have gone, the owners have been so kind and the food is absolutely incredible. It’s 100% the best sandwich I have had in Firenze. The last time we went, the owner noticed my friend was having a bad day and he gave her a pastry on the house. He goes above and beyond and really takes the time to interact with his customers. I love it here!!

20/03/2025: This place is incredible value for filling, yummy sandwiches and other lunch options. I particularly enjoyed the Pitti on ciabatta and Gallo Nero on focaccia. Their tiramisu is also delicious and only 3.50 euros! My friends enjoyed their lasagnas, especially the pesto one. We have eaten lunch here twice this trip and will definitely be back again!

16/03/2025: I wanted to eat a traditional Tuscan meat dish, but the portion was too big, so the waiter recommended some, which was very helpful. He also gave me a lemon liqueur as a service, which I was very grateful for. However, the lemon liqueur was too strong.

16/03/2025: We stopped for lunch at this restaurant to try the Florentine steak and I would say that we chose well. We were welcomed with such kindness and availability. The waiter showed us the size of the steak and let us choose without problems. I highly recommend stopping to eat at their place and let yourself be enveloped by their warmth. The dessert was also very good: the zuccotto. Very particular atmosphere. I will return. Thanks again for everything.
