21/10/2025: I haven't been to Japan, but the way they serve customers, the plating, and the waiters' formality really made me feel like I was in Japan. Favorite dish: pork udon. The pieces of pork in the udon broth were fabulous; not to mention the udon itself. I liked them more than the fish. (You can tell it by the "recommended" symbol on the menu.) For dessert, the mochi with Macha ice cream is a must-try. The price is quite high, at €70 per person, excluding wine (we had water). Definitely worth a try.
13/10/2025: If you're looking for a Japanese restaurant that feels like you're in Japan, Il Cuore is the place to go in Florence.
Teruo guided us through the culinary experience from start to finish, with a respect only found in Japan, recommending typical dishes we won't soon forget. The fish served was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality, so much so that months later I still remember the taste.
Without a doubt, one of the best Japanese restaurants we've ever tried.
Highly recommended. We'll be back!

18/11/2025: In the summer we dined outdoors in front of a breathtaking sunset immersed in the Chianti hills. In November you delighted us in an elegant room full of history. The welcome from Alessio and all the other staff is impeccable...always smiling and attentive to detail. The menu is truly a pleasant surprise with every course and both the entrees and the off-menu desserts help make the evening even more interesting...Thank you! You are a safe haven to return to!!!

05/12/2025: Confusing experience. The food was just okay, nothing amazing. The ingredients in the menu were often not listed according to amount, and in some dishes there was missing ingredients or major ingredients not mentioned.
For example I ordered a shrimp pasta with spicy peppers, but there were no peppers and the shrimp was a tartar which wasn’t mentioned in the menu. I found myself unpleasantly surprised a few times.
23/11/2025: We had a fantastic 4 course dinner here, even the vegetarian. Every course was delicious and expertly presented. In particular the dessert with the sweetcorn cream was something special and unexpected. Service was really friendly, and I felt very welcome to ask questions and for wine recommendations. Very deserving of its Michelin guide entry.

11/11/2025: I've tried many restaurants in Florence, but Diladdarno is truly unbeatable for me: a selection of ultra-fresh, local products, impeccable technique, creative combinations, and a quality I haven't seen anywhere else (not even in much more expensive restaurants!). So go ahead and order some antipasti, and let yourself be surprised because the entire menu is exceptional! The daily specials add variety, always featuring seasonal ingredients: I've discovered so many new flavors and combinations since I started going there. It's THE restaurant to try if you're curious about good Italian cuisine!
07/11/2025: Honestly, if you're looking for a great place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, go for it!
From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent. The menus are translated into several languages, and the staff is very welcoming.
The food is homemade, and you'll realize that from the first bite, believe me.
I recommend it 100%.

18/10/2025: A true gem! As a culinary guide I get to enjoy a lot of good food and wine, but rarely ever is it as creative and delicious as here at Nello. Service is fantastic; super professional but not too formal. Must go if you’re in the area!
13/10/2025: We ate really well! Every dish was carefully crafted, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The value for money is excellent. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
A place where you feel right at home, but with top-notch restaurant cuisine. Everything was wonderful, highly recommended!

05/12/2025: Overall, it's impossible not to give it five stars. The place is very beautiful, even though I went in the evening; the atmosphere is almost candlelit, very romantic. The staff is super welcoming, smiling, and kind. The food is simple but high-quality. The schiacciatina with tartare and truffle is delicious. The fried steak is their signature dish, although it slightly disappointed my expectations in terms of flavor, but the meat was excellent. Great place.
30/11/2025: We were there last month for my in-laws' 50th birthday. It was a perfect day: we were welcomed by the hostess and then looked after by the wonderful staff. The food was excellent and served quickly. The location is fantastic: in addition to the greenhouse, where you can eat, there's a huge and well-kept garden with a children's area. Ample parking and a super fair price! You can't wait to go back.

27/10/2025: If you got sold to eat across the river somewhere else you straight up blew it. This place was the absolute best dining experience you could possibly imagine. Small family run place with friendly people and phenomenal food with wine I can’t recommend enough. BELLISIMO!!
