04/06/2024: This meal was one of the best of my life! Gabriele, The owner/waiter/chef was so personable and his English was great! It felt like he was welcoming us into his kitchen at home. Every dish we tried was spectacular. Wish my stomach was bigger so I could have eaten more.

20/05/2024: One of the beat meals I’ve had in my life. I ate in many places around the world but no *no* place compares to this one. Gabriele, the owner’s+chef of this fabulous restaurant, will accommodate you in the best way you can imagine. Be will make sure that you know every single detail about the dish(only if you wish of course) and he will do it with a huge smile on his face! Food-incredible Atmosphere- off the charts Service- best you can imagine Support the local businesses and go dine at Gabriele’s place, you will thank me. And for you Gabriel, if you read this, I’m waiting for the day I will come back to see your well-deserved Michllen star on the wall. All the best.

30/05/2024: Found this diamond of a food experience on a rainy Thursday night. Just Sweetie (the wife), me and another couple at a different. Chef Marcella personally presented her creations and it was an culinary adventure. A multitasker of seafood (tuna arancini, salmon sushi deep fried, snapper) followed by main courses of seared tuna and bronzino. Prefectly paired wines. Finally, desserts of an imaginative and inspired style and flavor. A reimagined tiramisu, sensuous and elegant, and an orange semifreddo to make you fall back in love with its’ existence. I wax poetic and purple because this meal earned it.

10/03/2024: Excellent dinner, my partner and I booked for a Saturday evening. The place looks inviting and intimate with few seats but for this reason also intimate. You can choose the à la carte menu or have a tasting menu (if seated before 9.30pm) which we highly recommend! All courses were refined, curated and specifically designed to create a mix of flavors perfectly married to each other and a sensorial experience for the diner. The service is attentive, my partner was pregnant at the time of dinner and they paid attention to everything, we have a small dog and they even set up the table for us with a bowl of water ready. The waiters are very kind but never intrusive. Highly recommended for a special dinner!!!

09/03/2024: We had a great time at the restaurant. Perfect welcome with a waiter who spoke French very well and who knew how to put us at ease from the start. Excellent cuisine in a warm and chic atmosphere. What else do you want ? We will come back with pleasure during our next stay in Florence 👍

25/05/2024: A riot of flavors! Exquisite ice cream absolutely out of the ordinary made with fresh top quality products and seasonal fruit. Special mention of orange and almond, raspberry and two Sicilies. Very kind and friendly staff. A little corner of paradise.

19/05/2024: We chose this place for my son's confirmation lunch and I must say that we were more than satisfied, not only that for the service but above all for the dishes, excellent, exquisite. All quality Tuscan dishes. The place is not found by chance but you have to know the location. It looks like the taverns of the past and is served directly by the "very Tuscan" owner. There are some truly unique details, if you are missing some cutlery just open the table drawer and you will find what you need; coffee served with a moka like many years ago; the dishes are all with different decorations from each other. But then something truly super was the ability to manage the entire lunch by just one person at the tables, around twenty people in total and perhaps something more. Everything was perfect with the delivery of the courses, one after the other, truly super professional! I believe that "passion" in this case has paid off. Heartfelt congratulations. We will see each other again at my house, not at my house but at the restaurant "A CASA MIA" 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

19/05/2024: Absolutely a great evening. Pleasant environment and furnished with authentic Tuscan taste. All dishes are excellent, you don't know which one to prefer. Friendly and pleasant service from the owner. Excellent value for money. Absolutely coming back!

31/05/2024: The best! I go here all the time for lunch. The sandwiches are fresh and full of flavor, and the amaro is great. It is also a little market that sells wine, oil, etc. Marco, the owner, is very friendly and a cool guy. It is cheap too! Highly recommend

30/03/2024: Hello! Very authentic place. Not a tourist hotspot and perhaps that's exactly why it's so recommended. The cappuccino was great and we felt very welcome because the owner was incredibly friendly. I can't rate the food because we didn't eat anything.

29/03/2024: I’m living here for a couple of months and this is the BEST cappuccino I’ve ever tried. Roberto is amazing and is so welcoming to all customers! I love this place and the pastries are to die for! I highly highly highly recommend this place.

24/05/2024: I booked at this typical Tuscan trattoria driven by the many positive reviews and I must say that I fully confirm what I read. We had booked at 2pm but, for reasons beyond our control, we arrived half an hour late but despite this we were welcomed positively and cordially. The place is small but very nice and well looked after. The food is truly of excellent quality and it was all delicious: from the typical Tuscan platter with cured meats and cheeses, to the first courses, second courses and desserts. The portions were generous. The service was impeccable. In conclusion I can say that the experience in this restaurant was absolutely positive and worth repeating.
