01/12/2024: Recommended by a friend who lives in the area, we were happy with the dinner. Delicious spinach ravioli, with a superlative sauce for my tastes! Tasty hooked truffle (there was also the possibility of choosing the prized one). I liked the clarity in explaining the different qualities of truffles. Steak tender and cooked well, excellent quality of meat. The house wine is also good. I prefer tiramisu with more biscuit, but it was pleasant. Consistent with what we ate.

01/11/2024: Super nice staff, the sizes of the pizzas are really okay, Bruscetta is great, tortelini/pasta could be a bit more but it is marked as a first course, so it is acceptable ☺️👍 Thank you for the courteous manner and the good food ❤️

26/08/2024: Very efficient service. We were served quickly. Very pleasant environment, we ate outside. The ribs were really good although I would have added a little more salt but then again we are in Umbria. Instead of the Bavarian dish, everything was perfect except the pretzel which was a little dry. All in all we had a good time, low prices but I don't feel like giving 5 stars.

29/08/2024: Big disappointment despite the rather positive reviews. We were the last table to be served, I have never seen such slow service. We waited over an hour between starters and mains, which is maddening. When my starter arrives, I discover two small burratas while I see the same plates with 3 passing by. The truffle pasta has no taste and is not cooked well. I can only advise against this place.

09/12/2024: Truly unique location, with attention to every detail, immersed in the Tuscan hills, you can perceive tranquility and serenity. The private spa is simply crazy, a little corner of paradise. With a staff like this we felt as if we were at home, a family atmosphere of 10 and praise, the same goes for the cuisine. An experience absolutely worth repeating!

07/12/2024: Borgo Dolci Colline is a fantastic place! Elena and Enrico are two exceptional people with truly super customer attention. Everything was perfect starting from the apartment reserved for us, the SPA, fantastic breakfasts and finally the truly suggestive restaurant where we ate divinely. I really recommend this place to everyone Enrico and Elena will see each other again soon 😍

31/07/2024: The food is excellent in this family-run restaurant. When we pass through the area at lunchtime we stop because it's worth it. Each time we take half a portion of pici each (this time with duck ragù) and then a 1kg grilled rib eye with baked potatoes and vegetables. Definitely recommended!

13/12/2024: Siamo stati a cena in 7 amici sabato 7 dicembre, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e serviti in tempi accettabili. Ottimi i pici al ragù bianco, eccellente la fiorentina e la tagliata. Consigliato.

01/12/2024: Locale accogliente in un luogo caratteristico. Ci siamo trovati quasi per caso e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Si mangia bene ed il personale è gentile e sorridente. Da provare, ne vale la pena.

15/12/2024: Siamo colleghi, quindi non prendete un consiglio per critica. Tagliere nella norma, nulla che sorprenda, e una cosa comune, ma comunque vario, affettati buoni. Carta dei vini, quando non potete o per scelta non avete un vino della casa da proporre con un prezzo " casalingo" è d'obbligo segnalare con immediatezza le etichette non presenti, non attendere l'ordine per poi dire non c'è.....neanche questo..... Così si mette in imbarazzo il cliente .Voi avete voluto una carta dei vini , a voi la l'onere di rispettare la Vs carta. Carta dei vini, una cantina, è un segno distintivo del Vs locale, essenziale la scelta, la qualità....ma avere i vini. Carbonara Mezze maniche con tartufo. Equilibrio del piatto? L'unico sapore presente, persistente il guanciale, troppo secco, ha coperto completamente qualunque sapore, tartufo inesistente. Un solo sapore. Sarà facile correggere il piatto....sono certo ne farete un ottimo piatto. Mi avete chiesto 5 volte se voglio il caffè, 5 volte no grazie, mi gusto la mia barricata, capisco vi serva il tavolo, chiedo il conto già pronto!!!!! Caduta di stile. Prenoto un tavolo, pago quello che viene richiesto, se non vengo avvertito prima, che il ristorante fa due turni, il tavolo dovrà essere libero per le ore.....? Non pressate, il vostro cliente in modo tanto velato , ma tanto scortese. Buon lavoro.

12/08/2024: We selected this place as the menu was interesting and reasonable. The waitress was friendly and quick to take our order everything after that was poor to average. There were plenty of staff but service was very slow, even had to ask twice for the bill. They kept setting up tables for more customers rather than deal with the ones they had. I had a bruschetta to start which was a large portion and tasty. My partners croquette arrived 10 minutes later and stone cold so it was very hit and miss.
