16/12/2025: A "rustic" place, with truly attentive and friendly service. I really liked the menu, written on several sheets of paper taped to a structure at the entrance. The pici all'aglione were delicious, and the meat was good quality. I can't comment on the price because I was offered the meal.
06/12/2025: The food was excellent. I had a very generous and delicious traditional appetizer, including a divine fillet with mushrooms and lard. I'll definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

12/04/2026: I returned for a snack dinner. The various cured meats, cheeses, pickles, and desserts are all excellent and of high quality. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case for the schiacciata and bread, which, in my opinion, are a key part of the overall offering. For this reason, the stars have gone from 5 to 3. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere, while informal, is clean and welcoming. Prices have gone up, but it remains good value.

You make your own sandwich (I mean schiacciata) from a list of ingredients .
Just so you know: schiacciata is thin and crunchy, slightly oily.
Finocchiona, artichokes, caramelized onion, mushroom cream: unbelievably good.
Packed with bikers and families with kids.
Love the large communal tables outside the steep pavement. They also have a few tables inside.
16/03/2026: A hidden gem: the little places I like. It's a shame it was packed, and then my son's opinion of the schiacciata! Small, hidden, and far away, but we're not ruling out returning!

28/03/2026: Excellent experience. We had a mixed antipasto with very good cured meats, and the idea of fried coccoli stuffed with stracchino cheese was a great one. The pici sauce was also good. The wine cellar is well-stocked, with mostly local wines. The service was attentive and friendly. We went on a Friday evening.
20/02/2026: Appetizers for 2 were a bit poor, pici with Chianina sauce were delicious.

01/02/2026: As far as I'm concerned, pizza is only Neapolitan, but I have to be honest, it made me rediscover the pleasure of Tuscan pizza; truly delicious, very digestible, top-quality ingredients, extremely welcoming and polite staff. As soon as we arrived, they brought us a sort of appetizer (as a courtesy to guests), which was very, very, very welcome and delicious. The baked goods were amazing... the cleanliness was excellent... The price was more than fair.
Very good! We'll be back more than happy to.
04/12/2025: A simple, informal atmosphere where you feel right at home. People come for pizza. There's a limited choice of starters and no main courses, as this is a renowned bakery that has adapted to serving pizza at table service in the evenings.
There are appetizers, though, and the owners offer a small welcome selection of savory appetizers, followed by desserts at the end of the meal. The pizza is thin, in keeping with local tradition, and in my opinion, good. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent.
If you want to spend a pleasant evening at a truly reasonable price, this place is ideal.

18/04/2026: If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Terrible service, incredibly slow, rude waiters. It took more than 45 minutes to eat an appetizer; we arrived at 2:00 and the main course never showed up. We got up and left. We also had a 1.5-year-old baby. Terrible experience!
