24/08/2025: Fantastic little restaurant in the middle of nowhere and definitely worth a drive from wherever. They just have one menu every evening and that is delicious for a very reasonable price (35€). Three appetizers, primo, secundo and desert. The service is very kind and professional. The cook seems to famous around the area, definitely for a reason. The tartar as his signature appetizer was particularly good!

30/08/2025: We went to the restaurant, attracted by the traditional Tuscan dishes. The restaurant is beautiful and well-attended. The prices are great. I chose the coniglio (rabbit) meat because I'd never tried it before. I loved it! The restaurant is family-run, and we received excellent service! I highly recommend it!

12/09/2025: My partner and I treated ourselves to lunch at this historic restaurant, which we've known for years due to its fame and its appearance on a popular television show. The restaurant's interior is wonderful, quiet, and welcoming. The service is truly impeccable; we were treated with kid gloves, and the courses were alternated with the chef's specials (entrées, special breads, and a sweet moussebouche to finish), making the experience very enjoyable. We expected something more—again, given its fame (and the prices, which aren't exactly low, but never out of reach)—from the entrees we ordered, which seemed unevenly cooked. We're not experts enough to complain, but I had an even better idea, perhaps over-expecting them. The dessert we ordered, however, which is "Champion of Italian Cuisine 2022," was truly sublime.

18/07/2025: Excellent pizza with the thinnest crust we've ever had! We enjoyed the Tuscany platter and pizzas with ham, truffles and gorgonzola — a truly authentic Italian experience. The place was packed with locals, which says it all. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

08/08/2025: The young man who works there as a bartender and the girl in the kitchen are really nice and kind. The food is good and well-prepared. The owner is not at all empathetic and not very cheerful. She's the only one who gets a thumbs up.

The wine list also offers a good selection. For dessert, some dishes, such as tiramisu, were revisited with unique twists. Located near Arezzo.

01/08/2025: It's true that the vegetarian 'secondo' isn't worthy of the rest of the menu, but then this is simple, Tuscan food at its best (including depressing bread, but also perfect pasta - some without meat, fresh truffles, great meat, perfectly cooked, really nice wines, extensive, delicious dessert choices) all at very reasonable prices. I hesitate to recommend the place as I'd hate to have it spoilt by hoards of adoring tourists, but then who am I to judge.. I am part of the hoard (but the only one there theevening we went).
