La Bottega di Chiassaia In Loro ciuffenna

Fantastic little store/bottega located in a tiny hamlet. You make your own sandwich (I mean schiacciata) from a list of ingredients . Just so you know: schiacciata is thin and crunchy, slightly oily. Finocchiona, artichokes, caramelized onion, mushroom cream: unbelievably good. Packed with bikers and families with kids. Love the large communal tables outside the steep pavement. They also have a few tables inside.

A hidden gem: the little places I like. It's a shame it was packed, and then my son's opinion of the schiacciata! Small, hidden, and far away, but we're not ruling out returning!

A historic shop brimming with youthful memories. The schiacciata filled with whatever you want is always excellent, along with a wide variety of homemade baked goods. There are a few tables inside, and outdoor seating to enjoy the view in the middle of a small village in Pratomagno Chiassaia. Prices are in line with the quality.

Perfect, great experience, excellent product quality

We stumbled upon this place after seeing a video on social media, and while we were passing through, we decided to try their famous schiacciate. You can immediately tell that everything is homemade, and the quality is evident; everything is truly delicious. The place is small, but there's seating both inside and out. What can I say... hot, crispy, and incredibly tasty schiacciate! There's a wide selection of fillings: I chose finocchiona, cream of mushroom, and mayonnaise—it was absolutely delicious. I would have loved to have another, but I tried not to overdo it 😄 I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!

A schiacciata and a quality beer in the peace of Pratomagno

Even though it was December, a beautiful sunny day allowed us to enjoy the fabulous schiacciata outside the small restaurant. We'll definitely be back in the summer.

The shop is immersed in a landscape of times gone by where the silence and the horizon make you appreciate even more the original flavors of the shop's products.

We love it! Highly recommended... In fact, we often find ourselves enjoying a delicious hot schiacciata for lunch or a snack. It's definitely worth trying!
