26/03/2025: Excellent quality! Perhaps the best steak I have ever eaten in 49 years of life! If the restaurant is always full of customers and you have to book in advance, there must be a reason! If you are in the area, there is no valid reason not to go there. Needless to say, fantastic!

06/01/2025: Gran opción para almuerzo informal de fin de semana o cena para amigos y familiares. Restaurante es muy rústico situado en el nivel de la copa de un árbol de un pequeño bosque en las colinas sobre Santo Stefano. Gran terraza para comer al aire libre con muebles de madera. La tagliata es excepcional, lo mejor que he comido en cualquier lugar y vale la pena ir allí por este corte de carne sola. Generosas porciones a un precio razonable.

27/03/2025: I have been here for Italian no-menu cuisine 4 times, and the menu is different every time and there are surprises every time. There are 6 plates of appetizers alone 2 main dishes 2 plates of second course 2 plates of desserts are so delicious All the ingredients created by the Italian boss are super delicious. I have been here 4 times and each time is different. There are surprises every time.

La particolarità del locale è non avere un menù alla carta (eccetto quella dei vini che è vasta e soprattutto con prezzi modici) ma provare di volta in volta le specialità della casa. Questo elemento crea un senso di curiosità culinaria che non delude mai, anzi rende ogni portata un’attesa emozionante. Ti ritrovi impaziente di scoprire il prossimo piatto, ascoltarne la descrizione e assaporarlo, proprio come farebbe un bambino davanti ad una sorpresa! Altro elemento particolare del locale è mangiare in un unico grande tavolo con altri commensali sconosciuti. Tale espediente, anziché essere un limite, diventa un'opportunità per conoscere nuove persone e condividere l’esperienza culinaria in modo ancora più coinvolgente. In conclusione il ristorante merita assolutamente e ci ritornerò sicuramente

At dinner with a dear friend of mine, the fish is delicious starting from the first course, gnocchi in a boat and then the fried fish, light, very soft fish, a real delicacy for the palate. 30/03/2025: Accepted and seated within 10 minutes even without having booked, while waiting my wife and I had a good aperitif and as soon as we placed the glasses on the counter the table was ready, after ordering we were served in a few minutes. Baldaccio appetizer (croutons + cold cuts) baby pizza and small oatmeal for the little girl, leaving after the appetizer our two pizzas which I must be honest are different from usual having a thin dough similar to puff pastry but good and filling with water and coffee plus a takeaway dessert we spent less than €60 in total. We will return because we had a good time and the people are friendly and nice and deserve customers who reward them for this too. Thanks see you next time!

30/03/2025: Small and a little noisy environment, but welcoming in terms of staff and colours. Very wide choice of pizzas and desserts. They are also completely reliable for gluten-free choices. If you are looking for an easy-going pizzeria, cheap but without compromising on quality, I highly recommend this place. They are also recommended for breakfast, with a large choice of handmade desserts.
