A truly excellent experience. A seafood restaurant with top-quality ingredients: the fish is so fresh it makes you feel like you're at the beach. The off-menu options alongside the main menu are excellent. The mixed seafood appetizer, both hot and cold, was excellent: everything was carefully crafted and flavorful, with a special mention for the meatballs, truly delicious. We then chose a great classic, spaghetti with clams and bottarga: a perfectly executed dish, creamy, and very flavorful. The impeccable service deserves special mention: fast, attentive, and professional, but never stiff. The wine selection was surprising; we drank different wines, and each time our glass was changed for the most suitable one, a detail that is not at all obvious. The homemade desserts were amazing: excellent crème brulee and non-traditional cantuccini, not to be missed. A restaurant that takes care of every aspect of the experience, from the "lady's" cuisine to the service. Highly recommended.
