When restaurants deserve a review, it's only right, and Bixtrot truly deserves it. Quality fish, impeccably cooked with simple recipes. It was a real revelation. They're truly talented.

I went last night for an end-of-course dinner, but coming from Turin, I obviously wasn't familiar with it.
Beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant, we ate very well.
Of course, it was a company dinner, and the menu was pre-ordered, but the dishes were good and delicious. I don't know the cost for each of us, but I think it's within limits.
If I ever return, I'll keep it as a reference; I highly recommend it.

Easter Monday lunch here with my partner, à la carte menu.
The food wasn't great, but it was excellent! Probably one of the best seafood restaurants in the area, everything very fresh and excellent! The hot and cold appetizers were superb, the ravioli were excellent, as was the fried fish. Finally, the freshly made tiramisu was delicious—well, we loved everything! The staff were incredibly friendly, they were super quick to serve us, and they were also very kind to make us a fried fish for one person instead of two, as indicated on the menu. The prices were very fair, more than adequate for a quality seafood restaurant. We'll be back.

Excellent food, very polite wait staff, and impeccable service, always attentive even when the restaurant is packed. They're quick to respond to any requests, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming despite its location. The prices are very reasonable for what you get; I haven't found better places in Valdarno for excellent seafood. A lovely wine list to suit all tastes. I highly recommend it... Well done everyone!

I was truly impressed by this seafood restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is excellent: the fish is incredibly fresh, you can taste it from the first bite, and every dish is meticulously crafted, both in flavor and presentation. The appetizers are varied and plentiful, with delicate and flavorful raw seafood, while the first courses perfectly showcase the aromas of the sea.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to their guests' needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The quality-price ratio is absolutely excellent. I will definitely be back!
