This is a must-try place! It's a butcher's shop and grill with an incredible selection of meats and Tuscan products, presented with courtesy and expertise by the owners. The wine list is also excellent. The bill also reflects the quality of the dishes offered.

Spectacular. You'll be welcomed by extraordinary people, meticulously attentive to service, in a refined setting with meticulous attention to detail. The menu is varied, and if you want quality meat, there's no better guarantee than the legendary Maria. I absolutely recommend it!

Upon entering through the large gate, the atmosphere immediately becomes wow! The owner accompanied us and showed us the caves. A magical place, from the table settings to the various rooms in what were once the cellars. A stunning place! We were enveloped by Maria, the owner and true queen, who advised us on what to eat. I haven't eaten such a tender and flavorful tagliata in a truly long time! The quality of the meat (warhorse) and the cured meats is excellent. Congratulations. See you soon.

Ristorante La Torre

02/04/2026: A restaurant inside a tower in the center of Loro Ciuffenna, charming, simply but tastefully decorated. Very kind and helpful. We ate very well, and the dishes were beautifully presented (see photos, for those who take them). The bill was fair. I recommend it.
07/03/2026: As a starter the cured meats are delicious (perhaps a little too peppery), I then tried the pork shoulder, really very good, well presented dish and perfectly cooked.
