16/03/2026: A truly stunning and peaceful location. The structure is of the highest quality, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, with a beautiful pool for the summer months and absolute tranquility. Perfect for high-level ceremonies, weddings, confirmations, or communions. High-quality cuisine, both meat and seafood, with intense Mediterranean flavors. Prices are high, but as we know, quality comes at a price. A truly excellent place.

21/12/2025: We chose Chiara con Gusto to celebrate my son's birthday, and it was absolutely delightful. Chiara prepared a Christmas cookie baking session for them, helping them with the dough and decorating all the decorations possible. The buffet was excellent, perfectly organized and made with high-quality ingredients. And it was all topped off with the smiles of those who truly enjoy opening their home and joyfully sharing the celebration. TOP!

13/12/2025: A disappointing experience despite the positive reviews. It's a small osteria in a hamlet just outside Arezzo. We sat down for lunch; we weren't given a menu; instead, the owner/waiter verbally listed a selection of three or four first courses and four second courses. The quality was average to low, and the fact that everything was served within minutes of ordering suggests it was all precooked. The ravioli with meat sauce were decent, but the rabbit, fried long beforehand and then reheated in the oven, was inedible. Green beans with sauce were served on the side, but they were probably lemon-flavored beforehand. Nearly €60 for a first course, two second courses, two side dishes, two desserts, and a bottle of water wouldn't be too much, but forget about the flavors of Tuscan cuisine.

18/03/2026: Excellent pizza by the slice, using a variety of flours and quality ingredients. Interesting tasting menu with good value. As for the coccoli and fried pizza topped with Nutella, I don't recommend it because it's inedible given the amount of oil soaked into the dough. Furthermore, the place isn't well ventilated; my clothes and hair smelled of fried food.

02/04/2026: A restaurant inside a tower in the center of Loro Ciuffenna, charming, simply but tastefully decorated. Very kind and helpful. We ate very well, and the dishes were beautifully presented (see photos, for those who take them). The bill was fair. I recommend it.

05/04/2026: We ate well. The main courses were good. The smoked pici were good but perhaps a little flavorless... I've tried better... excellent 👍🏻 the fried porcini mushrooms and the roast meat were good and well-cooked. The table staff were polite, friendly, and eager to please. The atmosphere was charming and well-decorated, but the relationship with the managers was a bit sloppy and cold... we only interacted with the waiters... no one came to ask how we enjoyed our stay, whether we enjoyed our stay, or whether the dishes were good. This is a missing aspect.

19/12/2025: After touring Urbino, Sansepolcro, and Monterchi, I finally arrived in Arezzo. This was the final destination of my Piero della Francesca pilgrimage. Up until then, I had seen relatively small works, but finally came face to face with this masterpiece. It took some effort to get here, but it was well worth it. Because there were few visitors, I was able to fully immerse myself in Piero's tranquility. It is said that Piero's talents, such as coloring and perspective, are fully displayed here. I think this is a place where everyone can enjoy the view in their own way. Of course, it is a sacred place of worship. Reservations are apparently required during busy tourist seasons, but when I visited at the end of November, I was able to make a reservation on the spot right away. In any case, it is recommended that you check the reservation status on the reservation website in advance and make a reservation if necessary.

08/12/2025: €9 for admission and €4 for the audio guide, which wasn't particularly engaging, but provided the minimum information needed for an informed visit. You may need to reserve your ticket because access is limited. You can only spend a maximum of 30 minutes in the famous chapel painted by Piero della Francesca, the reason why people generally visit the Basilica. There is no time limit for visiting the rest of the church.
