Unexpectedly the menu is mainly based on fish, despite being on the hills that separate Chianti and Valdarno. Very fresh and excellent quality raw materials. Well prepared and presented dishes. Very professional and courteous service. Complete and detailed wine list. Average high price.

I can only make one note, the cut arrived a little cold and the knife they brought for the meat cut less than the one already present at the table.

The restaurant is located in Piazza Nannini 2, in Loro Ciuffenna, offers a refined and characteristic environment that combines tradition and modernity. The menu offers dishes prepared with care and attention, with vegetarian options and even pizzas for those wanting something more frugal. The dishes on the new menu really amazed us, well done. The staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to enjoy Italian cuisine in a charming and welcoming environment. . . We will definitely return, as we have done for years.

I'm a vegetarian and had a selection that I wouldn't even have in a vegetarian restaurant, everything was excellently prepared. Staff super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere of an original local pub. Gladly again and again.

As for the food: appetizer of hand-sliced ​​Tuscan raw ham that was decidedly too tasty followed by a fairly monotonous rigatoni all'amatriciana. Unfortunately, the crunchy part of the bacon was missing: the latter is creamed with the sauce resulting in a "boiled" result. A shame. 6.5/10

05/01/2025: I stopped for lunch while passing through Chiusi della Verna, so I only have the experience at the restaurant to review. I found traditional cuisine of excellent quality, generous portions and honest prices. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Definitely recommended.

27/10/2024: Assolutamente da provare! Cucina ottima e con varie scelte , Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi onestissimi, gentilezza .. il tutto nella cornice di un paesino magico .. Che altro chiedere?

13/04/2025: We booked very late and luckily there was a table left. Full restaurant table for 2 with waterfall view.... Appetizer.."Casentino slices" selection of local cold cuts.... Excellent First "stiesi" ravioli with fresh truffle and "toini" with the same sauce, excellent. Coffee and correct bill. I will definitely go back. Congratulations.... The only flaw, if we can call it that, was a slight slowness in service but justified by the notable presence of customers, which was however normal.

13/04/2025: I did not stay at this property, but I had dinner at the restaurant. Located in the center of Stia, with a veranda overlooking the river; simple but welcoming environment, traditional local dishes, well made and plentiful. Friendly staff and fast service. Fair price: for two first courses, two second courses, a side dish (fried artichokes!), two desserts, a bottle of local organic wine, a small glass of vin santo, water and two coffees we spent less than €100.
