This place is a bit off the beaten path for tourists (like me) in these areas, but if you know how to select restaurants carefully, you'll definitely find it. If I lived in the area, I'd add it to my favorite restaurants for the following reasons: 1) Beautiful setting (including an outdoor terrace) with a panoramic view of the valley (see photo). 2) Truly delicious dishes, plated in an original and visually striking way. For example, we had a radicchio risotto (delicious), which was served "in the mold" with a cheese fondue on top. The photo (see) says it all better than words. I'll conclude by pointing out that it's not true that the restaurant is expensive.

The enchanting atmosphere of the Tuscan hills and the intimate, refined setting allow you to fully relax and enjoy cuisine based on solid traditional foundations, technically impeccable, and authentic flavors. Attentive and friendly service is provided. In the warmer months, dinner on the terrace offers a breathtaking view.

A restaurant worth trying. Excellent food, original dishes with well-crafted combinations, a very nice place, even though we were there on a cloudy and rainy day, and welcoming staff. We plan to return in the warmer months. Highly recommended.

An unforgettable romantic dinner featuring refined and tasty dishes, quality local wine and a pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view (weather permitting)

Pleasant return Christmas lunch, a pleasant location, well-decorated with attention to detail, comfortable chairs, and just the right amount of space at the carefully set table. The menu included a delicious appetizer of broccoli flan on pumpkin cream, a potato wafer and a slice of Prato mortadella, a brioche bread with liver pâté and delicious Vin Santo, two first courses: a radicchio risotto with Parmesan cream, an excellent combination, paccheri with flavorful sausage ragù, a delicious guinea fowl breast stuffed with artichokes on a bed of fennel cream, and a wine-braised beef, my least favorite of the lunch, all accompanied by Montepulciano red wine. To finish, a Bavarian coffee dessert, with coffee, a wafer, and delicious blueberry ice cream, Moscato, and coffee. The service was excellent, with the owner being very kind and attentive.

Top-notch service; The preparation of both the dining room and kitchen staff was evident; The location was meticulously designed down to the smallest detail: clothes racks, electric heaters, round tables, quality chairs, and soft lighting, perfect for an intimate evening with your partner or friends. The choice of tableware was not to be underestimated: plates, glasses, and even the coffee cups were special. Nothing was left to chance. The place was truly welcoming and well-maintained, and the cuisine was sublime. Highly recommended. A truly memorable experience.
