One of the most beautiful places I've ever had the pleasure of dining! A magical atmosphere... you're immediately greeted by a beautiful garden filled with olive trees. Traditional Tuscan cuisine with quality ingredients and dishes meticulously crafted in both taste and appearance. The staff truly makes you feel at home. Highly recommended, an opportunity not to be missed! A special thanks goes to Giulio and his fantastic cocktails!

Cozy place in the middle of a vineyard. Very good food. Stray dog ​​and cat who were both very kind but unfortunately one of the children was a little afraid of the dog.

A pleasant trattoria in the Valdarno hills above Terranova. The experience is clearly enhanced by dining outside, surrounded by greenery. The food is good, but it's definitely not the way we remember it. Prices are generally reasonable. Service is fairly efficient, but a bit rushed.

Rustic yet elegant, the restaurant offers spacious rooms and good traditional food. The staff are very helpful and always smiling, even on a busy day. The bathrooms are new and clean, even at the end of the day.

Had the most wonderful evening here, 9 of us in total for our final dinner in Tuscany before flying home. Had the appetizer to start and a variety of main courses, plus dessert. Fantastic setting and atmosphere, seated on the terrace overlooking the olive trees; delicious food; fantastic service from Julio and his team. Thank you and would highly recommend!

02/07/2026: Amazing food and the Owner & Chef is the nicest person. He spent 7 years working in a 2 Michelin star restaurant and you can really taste and see culinary training. He speaks fluent English and is super friendly. Chef’s goal was to present his grandmother’s recipes but in a more elevated way-he truly succeeded. The tuna we had was super tasty and a crowd favorite. This is the place to go if one wants a taste of true local Italian cooking. Anyone visiting Tuscany should definitely come here and give this place a try.
07/05/2026: We can't say enough about Ambrosia. This was our second visit to Cortona and our second visit to Ambrosia. Each time the food and service were fantastic. The owner/chef greeted us and spoke with us about the dishes he prepared. We tried the six course chef's dinner and it was fantastic (and we love good food). Highly recommend.

15/04/2026: Elegant restaurant nestled in the Valdichiana. Excellent traditional dishes. The restaurant is located in a complex that also includes a welcoming B&B, offering local services. Excellent, recommended for those who want to fully experience the Valdichiana.
