Hands down, the best Japanese restaurant in the area. High-quality, ultra-fresh ingredients, more than fair prices, and the staff are always friendly and attentive to their guests. Definitely better than the all-you-can-eat options, for the same price but with double the portions and more authentic dishes. Everything is delicious.

I had the pleasure of dining at Aka Taiyoo and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend their best dishes. The food is excellent, and the prices are fair considering the service and quality. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant for excellent sushi.

This place makes some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Perfect balance and top-quality fish. Of course, you pay for the quality, but not too much. Enjoy your meal. After two years, I'm writing again to confirm and compliment the entire staff. I swear I once met two Japanese people who came here specifically for this. I confirm this after another two years. Top! Top! And two more. And two more. After my trip to Japan, where I ate tons of sushi, I can absolutely confirm the extreme quality of what's served here.

Small compared to traditional Chinese/Japanese restaurants, so you need to book ahead, otherwise it fills up quickly. À la carte menu with excellent sushi, definitely better than AYCE. Reasonable prices and fast service. Excellent tea. Fun fact: at the next table, we found none other than Pupo! Recommended; if you're passing through Arezzo, give it a try.
