18/10/2025: It's a book bar... finally, truly like that, not a sad attempt! A shop selling organic products, herbal teas, necklaces, books... with a real, well-organized bar corner! The effort to offer vegan products, more digestible pizzas, and various plant-based drinks is interesting! Sugar is almost completely banned 😅, which is a good thing. The lady is very cheerful and positive! I'll be back!

02/11/2025: Food was very disappointing. The steak was stone cold which we complained about. Then the owner/manger came out to tell us how wrong we were and that is how it should be cooked. He ranted for c.5 minutes despite us not even asking for anything off bill. Simply the worst restaurant manager I’ve ever seen. Very surprised they have a rating like this.

02/11/2025: Incredible, here we taste the typical Fiorentina ribollita (vegetable soup) and the paccheri alaaaaa ragù di lampredotto (caillette stew) and the cinghiale del calciattore (braised wild boar), accompanied by a Chianti classico with a beautiful texture. You have to go there to believe it

12/10/2025: A true trattoria with authentic, genuine flavors. The cuisine is authentic, something you're finding less and less often, as is the kindness of the staff serving you. The prices are reasonable, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. We opted for the €22 menu, which includes a choice of two dishes: an appetizer, a first course, or a second course. Water and service included. We had a great time. We'll be back.

09/10/2025: In one word: delicious! We had lunch here today, and it was wonderful. The service was very friendly, and we ate in the garden. I found this trattoria on Google Maps, and I definitely recommend it. You might almost walk past it at first, but I highly recommend it. Beautiful products at a great price.

17/10/2025: A fantastic place for art and history lovers! 🖼️ Palazzo Pitti is a vast palace that houses a rich collection of paintings, sculptures, and artistic works from the Renaissance to the present day. The Palatina Gallery, the Medici Treasury, and the beautiful royal apartments are worth seeing. The Boboli Gardens are an interesting addition, though somewhat less attractive than the palace's interior. Full of splendor and history, this is a must-see in Florence!

15/09/2025: The most beautiful palace in Florence, along with the gardens. I went on the first Sunday of the month and admission was free. You can't leave Florence without visiting it.

You'll be welcomed by the host, Nicola, who for two years has been on a journey of presenting the public with spirits, bitters, and similar beverages, every conceivable variety, to satisfy the most diverse needs. Equally helpful in the dining room is Rachele, who with quiet diligence serves delicacies from the kitchen, the domain of their mother, Silvia. Rounding out the experience are the father and grandmother, equally committed to achieving the family's shared goal of running the restaurant. The dishes are traditional, indulgent yet sumptuous, satisfying both the mind and the palate. They also serve biscuits and fresh pasta, and their dry and leavened products are always handcrafted, with variations based on the whims of the moment, yet respectful of the Maremma terroir. Finally, in addition to the aforementioned alcoholic drinks, we offer a fine wine list, representing the Morellino region and beyond, where the Provveditore farm is located, further showcasing their indigenous heritage.
