23/08/2025: We liked this place a few years ago because the food was great, portions were decent and staff was kind. In the last 3 years we came back a few times but found insane prices, very small plates, some of which not worth it at all. Also weird environment and customers, we really didn’t like the atmosphere anymore. In the end, we left the restaurant spending inappropriate amounts and also left very very hungry.

21/08/2025: I visited maito' restaurant in Forte dei Marmi for the first time. I hadn’t booked a table, so I understand it may not have been easy to accommodate me. The restaurant was not very busy, but I was seated in the hallway table, which felt a little disappointing. On the positive side, the food & service was really good + we paid 30€ for the seats. I hope the restaurant can improve in how they welcome first-time guests especially when there's many tables available.

21/08/2025: Very nice place, we tried the polenta with wild boar and the one with mushrooms. The one with wild boar was good, the one with mushrooms was so spicy it was unbearable. Recommended.

08/02/2025: Excellent pastries. The breakfast pastries are excellent, with wonderful fillings. The cream they use for the fillings is truly excellent. The lobster rolls are exceptional, incredibly crunchy. Among the cakes, the meringue tart is good, although it might be too sweet for some palates. The torta della nonna is very well-prepared.

01/06/2025: A real gem! A restaurant with an absolutely non-trivial menu, characterized by a refined and high-quality raw material. Antonio and Antonella work as a team to create dishes that are always renewed and accurate, in perfect balance between the flavors of the Rio tradition and a modern reinterpretation far from the feared tourist menus. After years of hitting and running from Rio Marina, their spaghetti with shrimp colatura remain my dish that should never be missed! Also gems from the wine list, with an equally refined selection and aimed at enhancing small businesses. The courtesy and kindness of Veronica's service are no less. In short... an essential stop for those passing through the island!

06/08/2025: Le cadre de ce restaurant est sans conteste son atout principal : installé au pied d’une superbe coupole, il offre un décor enchanteur, notamment en terrasse au coucher du soleil. Le personnel est aimable et attentionné, bien que parfois un peu maladroit (oubli d’un verre de vin facturé, couteau inadapté pour la viande). Côté cuisine, les antipasti et primi piatti sont savoureux et généreux. En revanche, le célèbre steak à la florentine, bien que magnifiquement présenté, s’est révélé décevant tant par sa cuisson que par son accompagnement, un peu sec, surtout au vu du prix élevé (minimum 70 €). En somme, une jolie expérience, idéale pour un dîner en couple, mais qui ne figure pas parmi les meilleures adresses de Florence.

24/06/2025: Locale curato. Possibilità di cenare in dohor in piazza del cestello. Servizio molto curato. Eccellente cartella dei vini. Menu interessante. Ottime materie prime. Piatti ben curati e presentati. Consigliato.

23/03/2025: The only flaw about this place: the girl who serves the tables! It's a shame because kindness and a smile every now and then are what a customer appreciates especially in a place of leisure.

01/02/2025: There is nothing to be done, in some places in Pistoia, provincialism even in 2025, you can still breathe deeply.... like in this bar. I give 5 stars for the food, but 1 star for the totally absent savoir-faire. To the public for professionalism, tact and attention, customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Not even in front of my goal (thinking that at least one of the two could get there and apologize for the oversight): "I would kindly appreciate a cappuccino, thank you", they continued to flatter those who, despite arriving later, they knew, calmly and regardless of the tango attitude aimed… They know how to make good cappuccinos etc. in many ways. Courtesy, accuracy and perspicacity, however, are increasingly rare commodities.

21/08/2025: Vi scrivo in diretta, sono arrivata a mangiare alle ore 21 e ancora ore 22 30 non hanno portato gli antipasti è una cosa inaccettabile .....peccato perché il posto è carino, ma di sicuro non lo consiglio. Peccato perché la pinsa era buona.

17/08/2025: A great place to relax, starting with the beautiful, clean pool and the surrounding atmosphere. The pinsas and spritzes we ordered were delicious... plus, the service was satisfactory... there are few places where they know how to treat their customers well, and this is one of them!!! I would definitely go back :) The entire staff is very kind.
