21/08/2025: Spurred by the excellent food reviews and intrigued by the unique outdoor seating area, my partner and I decided to book, albeit with some reservations due to the numerous negative reports about the owner's behavior. Unfortunately, those reports proved all too true. We stayed in the restaurant for less than 10 minutes: the owner's welcome was shocking, to say the least. His intrusive, insistent, and above all profoundly rude attitude immediately made the atmosphere unbearable. There was no respect for space, time, or the simple desire to enjoy a quiet evening. We were forced to leave before even calmly ordering, incredulous at the arrogance and total lack of tact demonstrated. An absurd experience that we had never had at any other restaurant. A real shame, because the place has potential, but the owner's attitude makes it absolutely unlivable.

29/07/2025: Everything was absolutely perfect, and the local fish and seafood was freshly caught, fantastic! However, I only gave the food 4 stars because the portions were too small. Please adjust them a bit :)

09/07/2025: Bel ristorante e albergo a Castel del Piano. Sono stato a cena con la famiglia e abbiamo scelto di mangiare il pesce. Ottimi piatti, porzioni abbondanti e servizio efficiente e rapido seppur fosse affollato. Camerieri gentili e disponibili e soprattutto dei prezzi veramente bassi. Da provare assolutamente.

07/07/2025: Senza prenotazione con a seguito un Pastore Tedesco fuori taglia per grandezza, ci hanno accolti con cordialità e fatti accomodare per nostra scelta nei tavoli all'esterno del ristorante. Come sempre...... come a casa. Ottimo cibo, bravo il personale e cordialissimi i titolari. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente.

09/05/2025: There are many different types of chocolate. Of these, I had two types of chocolate, dark and milk, and they were really delicious and didn't leave a greasy taste in my mouth. The staff was friendly and the chocolate was delicious, so it was a really enjoyable experience while walking around Montepulciano.

20/08/2025: The Florentine steak was excellent, even though it's the only one you can choose. The service really needs rethinking in a place like this, where it's hard to tell who's the customer and who's the staff. (Tip: given that your company has such an important brand, a uniformed work outfit would be appreciated.)

20/04/2025: Easter lunch, excellent homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms, amazing lamb chops, excellent fried vegetables and mushrooms! Fast and friendly service.

24/07/2025: Non torneremo. Esperienza negativa, tralascio il cibo perché è questione di gusti personali e comunque a noi non è piaciuta la pizza per la cottura e l’impasto. La zona fuori che praticamente dà sul parcheggio ad un certo punto è stata invasa da moscerini, ci hanno detto che non era mai successo ma oltre ai clienti del tavolo vicino che hanno chiesto di potersi accomodare dentro la cameriera ci ha acceso zampironi ovunque e posò dopo hanno iniziato a spruzzare sorsi antinsetti. Insomma male male. All’interno si confondono pizzaioli, cassiere e cameriere/a. In breve non ci siamo trovati bene e ripeto, recensione personalissima ma noi difficilmente torneremo.

28/07/2025: Family dinner We ate fish and meat, nothing to complain about. The dishes were very good, even plentiful, and the food was of high quality. We dined outside, but the place is very nice, the service is good, and I recommend it. Prices are in line.

12/07/2025: Il locale prometteva bene e anche la “Semplicità di mare”, a parte il nome, era un’insalata di mare abbondante e fresca. Ma da lì poco altro è andato bene. La “Semplicità “ ci è stata servita senza condiglie , sale e pepe, e il contorno, fagioli lessi con cipolle è arrivato con i soli fagioli sconditi e senza cipolle. Poi, su richiesta hanno portato un ciotolino con la cipolla (come ordinare spaghetti alle vongole e vedersi servire spaghetti sconditi e a parte le vongole). I fagioli sono stati rispediti al mittente e la cameriera si è pure risentita. Un velo pietoso sul mio calzone farcito, con pasta stile pane azzimo e coperta con una romaiolata di salsa al pomodoro.unico cameriere educato, cortese ed efficiente, un ragazzo giovane, che era infatti indaffaratissimo.

02/08/2025: Excellent food. Very tasty and well-prepared. The problem is that it's always crowded. But it's fantastic, one of the best places to eat authentic Italian food.

02/09/2025: The swimming pool is nothing to say clean and there is a beautiful greenery around the internal restaurant which should be used well in the sense of going there all day and having lunch and dinner I have to thank the lifeguards who very kindly helped me

30/08/2025: Good spot for a sunny day! We didn’t enter until 4:30pm and stayed until they closed at 6:30pm. We paid €11 each including a swim cap which you have to have. €7 entry after 3:30pm plus €4 for a swim cap

30/08/2025: Magical location. Delightful staff. Truly quality food. Excellent value for money. I would have liked to try more, but I had to listen to my body. Highly recommended.

27/06/2025: FANTASTIC!! I was there one evening with some friends of mine and we ate very well, the staff was kind and professional, their toast was really excellent, and if I have to be honest the fries are much better than those at McDonald's, I recommend it!

18/08/2025: On Sunday, my husband and I went in around 11 a.m. for coffee. I wanted a cappuccino, but the milk frother's steam wands were three inches thick, and it gave me goosebumps.

20/07/2025: Every time we're in Cinquale in Versilia, Bar Elio becomes our regular breakfast spot. And we don't mind if we have to wait a bit to see each other and enjoy the pastries. We're always more than happy to do so. Everyone behind the counter is always smiling; everyone, despite not having a second off from their busy schedule, always has time for a joke and a kind word. Which makes the pastries and drinks even more special. And look for a young Djokovic if you can find him!!

22/07/2025: Qué fabuloso hallazgo en el corazón de Firenze. Arte ha sido una superestrella absoluta. La comida es fabulosa y tienen una muy buena selección en el menú. Recomiendo a cualquiera que visite la ciudad.

10/07/2025: Cenamos en Masò dos veces: las pizzas/calzones/ensaladas son excelentes. Nuestro camarero Ardi hizo toda la diferencia: era extremadamente amable y hablaba Inglés, así que todo quedó claro.
