04/07/2025: I didn't like it at all, I stopped for breakfast, the pastry wasn't fresh so it's not worth it. Very sad staff it seems like you're doing them a favor to come in and consume!

30/06/2025: The young Chinese saleswoman with long hair was particularly rude and arrogant. She even told a customer with a baby to "get out". She pretended not to hear anything just because the customer asked her to make room for the one blocking the aisle. The customer asked her why she couldn't hear anything and if she was deaf. The rude girl yelled "get out". She was particularly rude, especially with a baby in front of her. I don't know what kind of education she had received at home or what university she attended in Italy, but she behaved in a truly barbaric way.

06/08/2025: The dishes on the menu are simple but tasty. The only flaw we had was that the waitress wasn't very friendly when the kitchen made a mistake, and rather than apologize, she spoke to us in an unprofessional manner. The prices are reasonable.

04/08/2025: We booked through The Fork and the restaurant was packed around 9 pm. In addition to the set menu, they also offer a variety of specials, which was very welcome; in fact, we chose two out of three orders from this list. The food was good, excellent value for money for Lido di Camaiore (which is notoriously expensive), and the portions were in line with other restaurants. The wine list is very interesting and pleasantly skewed toward Tuscan wines. We really liked the wine we chose. The service was impeccable, and the staff was cheerful without being intrusive. Evenings like this are truly unforgettable.

24/08/2025: We went out for dinner with a group of 12-15 people this summer. We ate and drank quite well that evening, but unfortunately, we received a little treat that night and that morning... We all felt sick, no exceptions, some with stomach aches, some with diarrhea. One person ended up in the hospital the next day with stomach aches. We didn't understand what was causing our discomfort; we thought it was the beer, which was the only thing we all drank. I hate to write this kind of review, but unfortunately, that's how it went.

30/08/2025: Excellent food, perfect breakfast, amazing croissants, and definitely the pastry chef's touch, though I highly doubt he's local. Truly huge and delicious, with a wide selection and reasonable prices. For aperitivo, La Vaga Matta is now a historic spot. It's fair to say that between Pontedera and Fornacette, it's set the standard and led the way, even if it's recently raised its prices. In any case, a must-see for the Valdera area. Well done!

14/08/2025: Nice place, welcoming staff, attentive to the needs of a family. Good food quality. They also offer side dishes and meat in addition to carbohydrates. The price is more than reasonable. The coffee is also good. The pastry shop is worth trying.

23/08/2025: I couldn't fault the quality of the food; the fish was excellent. The dish I enjoyed most was the Bis di cappuccino (appetizer), which consisted of two fish dishes—cuttlefish and cod—cappuccino-style, delicious. In my opinion, the price was a bit high for the quantity, but I'd go back.
