08/08/2025: due passi avanti e quattro indietro. Prima si mangiava meglio adesso è più scadente e meno curata nei particolari la pizza. Deludente e scarno l'ambiente, poco intimo, molto sciatto. Non è di casa la pulizia e l'attenzione, il servizio lascia a desiderare e la cortesia non è prorio di casa qui. E, poi, i prezzi sono molto alti.

28/07/2025: We had four cones: one with stracciatella/pinguino, two with pistachio/snickers, and one with nice (Chantilly cream, meringue, and strawberry swirl)/snickers. Everything was really fresh and delicious. The weather wasn't very inspiring, but the look of those beautiful and, above all, delicious ice creams guided us to the right choice. I was undecided between three flavors, and the guy kindly put a taste of the third flavor on my cone.

01/08/2025: Imagine coming back from the beach and craving good, fresh meat, cooked with passion and love; are you there? Well, if you decide to come to Cugini di Carne, you've made the right choice. Informal yet more authentic. Dry fried food and Godfather-style tagliata (beef steaks) are mouth-watering. Highly recommended!

I had the maltagliati, which was very salty, and the fried fish was tough on the outside and rubbery on the inside. I hope this historic Marina restaurant can return to the culinary quality it once enjoyed.

The two managers, brothers, have really been able to combine a classic and elegant spirit with the desire of young people and adults to meet. A meeting place, clean, quiet, welcoming. 19/06/2025: I celebrated my birthday and I have to say it was really disappointing… I asked for a dessert and I got a completely different and expensive one… We had an aperitif with drinks (20€ each), and while we were still eating, halfway through the celebrations a rude waitress (very, very rude) arrives and asks us all to pay and starts going around with the POS. If they are afraid of not receiving the money, let them pay immediately at the entrance or directly at the end of the party, as is done everywhere!! WITHOUT DISTURBING THE CUSTOMERS

02/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance a few years ago and were welcomed by the owner, Alessio, who introduced us to the perfect pairings between the delicious pizzas and the excellent wines of the Montescudaio DOC area. Every time we pass through the area, we never miss a dinner here.

26/08/2025: An excellent pizzeria in this small village. For me, it was the best pizza I had during my two-week stay. I highly recommend it and advise you to book. 🙂

18/05/2025: Delicious cocktails, there is a long menu with cocktails and different alcohols. Very nice service, we also got different snacks. I regret that I did not have more time to stay there longer.

03/08/2025: Io e dei miei amici siamo venuti a mangiare a cena qui per un compleanno. Come da titolo il compleanno era organizzato giropizza. Sono state portate circa 2 pizze ogni 8 persone e hanno avuto pure il coraggio di chiedere se ne volevano altre. Dopo ulteriori richieste ne hanno portate altre, ma non siamo riusciti a mangiare più di 3 fette a testa. Il prezzo è da TRUFFA. 25 euro per 3 fette di pizza di qualità nemmeno eccelsa. Farei le mie feste di compleanno qui solo per fare un torto agli invitati.

09/07/2025: Nice place for a drink. The food will probably be good too. Beautiful beach, super clean, and it's nice and quiet. We only saw Italians. We stopped here on our way to Pisa.

07/04/2025: We found ourselves by chance in Sestino and made the very pleasant discovery of this welcoming, well-kept place where you can find a quiet corner whether you go as a couple or for a lunch or dinner with friends but the pleasant discovery is above all due to the food with very high quality fresh fish, simplicity but at the same time cooked with skill, accompanied by excellent wine. I highly recommend it and it's really worth taking a few more hairpin bends to get to this little village where you can find everything 😊👍

24/08/2025: The view was truly beautiful, but the table settings were far from perfect; the tables had no tablecloths or paper placemats, just some sort of plastic placemat (unclean and broken). Furthermore, the wooden tables were somewhat lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. Since we went there for dinner, the lighting after sunset was completely inadequate (there was only one bulb for two tables, and there were six of us). The food was decidedly overpriced for its quality; our burger arrived undercooked, disorganized, and on an unsuitable cutting board, while the poke bowl was sparsely seasoned and in a plastic bowl. Even the desserts were exorbitantly priced and portioned small, and the quality was lacking here too. As for the menu, I think the allergen list needs reviewing: foods that clearly contain dairy (pizza with mozzarella, cheesecake, etc.) are never listed as an allergen. The service was also a bit inattentive. In conclusion, the view was nice, but the rest wasn't great.
