The burgers are definitely beautiful (and pleasing to the eye), and they're delicious, made with top-quality ingredients. The service is absolutely friendly and attentive. The quality/price ratio is definitely good. Guzman is a guarantee!

Lovely burger! Authentic meat, and a lovely combined hamburger. Potatoes a bit "simple", and definitely in the need of some salting and spices. Atmosphere not perfect, as we felt the restaurant lies in the middle of "nowwhere". Though, the restaurant itself was pretty classy and clean.

21/07/2026: The pizza is very good and the staff is very kind and helpful!
05/07/2026: The food was excellent, with special mention for the high-quality, dry-aged meats. We would definitely return if it weren't for the wait staff, who spent the evening arguing, bad-mouthing their colleagues, and complaining. We noticed extreme superficiality in the preparation of desserts, such as flambéing the crème brulee, as well as in the preparation of coffees. Dishes were "thrown" at the tables, without even looking where they were placed. A real shame, because the food is high-quality; the owners should invest in training their staff in customer service.

Pizza 55 a Pietrasanta

06/12/2025: During a trip to Tuscany, we stopped by chance at the Pizzeria "Pizza55" in Pietrasanta, and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. The place is small but very well-kept, with a welcoming and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing break after a stroll through the historic center. We were greeted and served by a truly kind and professional young man, attentive to detail and always smiling. The lady who ran the place was also incredibly sweet and hospitable, helping us feel immediately at ease. We ordered two excellent Pils, a Diavola and a Margherita with tuna, which proved light, digestible, and excellent in flavor. The well-leavened dough and quality ingredients really make the difference. In short, a simple but perfect experience. I absolutely recommend Pizzeria 55 to anyone in Pietrasanta who wants a good pizza served with kindness and care.
30/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria, with tasty pizzas (really good dough, Roman-style). Top-quality ingredients, and well-topped pizzas. The added bonus that makes this place even more enjoyable is the friendliness of the owner and staff! Thanks Michele for a lovely evening! And the desserts made by my aunt are delicious!! When we return to Pietrasanta, it will be a must-visit!! 😋
