16/09/2025: The pizza was delicious. However, the service wasn't great; it seemed disinterested. He did his job, but it didn't seem like he was enjoying it. I'd recommend it for the food, but not for the service.

09/06/2025: Paramos a almorzar sin reserva. El anfitrión y propietario nos recibió con una sonrisa y una cálida bienvenida y nos sentó enseguida en una mesa acogedora para dos. Ambos pedimos ñoquis, uno con salsa de carne, otro con pesto. ¡Fueron increíbles! ¡Derrite en tu boca delicioso! ¡Muy recomendable!

14/10/2025: I'm giving it three stars because the owners are truly good and pleasant, and I'd hate for the staff's behavior to cause the place to lose a score... I ask for a glass of water. Two girls at the counter: one blonde and one with black hair and bangs. Do they look at me? No. Do they talk to me? Not a chance. The blonde moves away, and I follow her, thinking she was serving me... instead, she goes straight to serve a table, as if I were part of the decor. The other one, the one with bangs, meanwhile arranges cookies one by one with absolute calm, completely ignoring me. Then, with the grace of someone who deigns to serve me, she offers me the water without saying a word or looking up. I say "thank you," but nothing, absolute silence. It's not a question of water, it's a question of attitude. Being kind isn't optional; it's the bare minimum. A little tip: fewer cookies, more customer service—maybe that way they'll learn that even a "hello" isn't out of style. 😉 If I come often, I'll delete or edit the review if I see a change. ✨

23/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice bar, welcoming and always clean. Excellent breakfasts, really good cappuccinos and croissants. The staff is friendly, smiling and makes you feel at ease right away.

09/10/2025: I've always found the staff at the counter to be friendly and smiling, and vegan, lactose-free, and even gluten-free options are available. Among the best I've ever found! There's also a small internal garden where you can sit for breakfast (or something else).

24/10/2025: A gluttonous evening, even in the low season. We hadn't even taken off our jackets to sit at the table, and they were already asking for drinks. The same thing happened with the food... instead of a peaceful evening, it was an unpleasant one.

29/10/2025: I had very high expectations on this restaurant from both Youtube influencers and local guides who recommended it for the "best Florentine Steaks" in town. The service was miserable to start with. We were brought dry bread that probably had been standing there since yesterday, until someone discovered the mistake and brought us fresh one. On their homepage they claim that they have 12 different types of high quality beef but when I asked if they have Romagnola or Marchigiana steaks, as listed on their homepage, they didn't have it. The steak was brought and served Medium-Rare and was well prepared from what I could see, but the quality of the meat was not what I had expected from a restaurant claiming to have the best florentine steak in town. We also had several "service incidents" that you wouldn't expect from a restaurant like this - it seems they forgot to educate their personell in the basics of serving. All in all, an ok visit, but definitely not the "best florentine steak" in Florens.

28/10/2025: It's ok as a place to sit. The steak was tough as hell. Inedible basically but the taste was nice enough. I chewed it up and got the flavour but then spat out the minced steak because it would have taken me minutes to eat each bite. For the price though this place was terrible. When you pay 110 euros for some steak you expect it to be actually digestible..... Definitely tourist trap. Definitely avoid unless you want a sore jaw and a light pocket

15/10/2025: It's always a pleasure to stop here. The owners are very friendly and the food is excellent in a very pleasant establishment. The parking lot is quiet for the night.

16/08/2025: The homemade ice cream tastes amazing! The scoops are big. Unluckily they opened at 12:15 (15 minutes late). I’m happy they apologized. The staff is very friendly. Especially the lady and also Ricardo is very nice. She was a little bit slow, but that was not a problem for us.

19/11/2025: A unique venue, pampered by the owners' attentive service, offering innovative local dishes, tasty and freshly prepared, and excellent value. This venue is suitable for couples' lunches, but not for groups, as, in my opinion, the atmosphere is particularly suited to quiet conversations and a fairly intimate atmosphere.

08/10/2025: Spectacular food and a place I would definitely return to! I loved the fresh, homemade pasta, and the second course I chose had a touch of caramelized onions, exquisite. We didn't eat there today; nonna cooked for us, and you can only enjoy that a few times!

04/10/2025: Extremely delicious bowls with a wide selection, and probably the best salmon I've ever had in a bowl. The shop is also very clean, and the staff is super friendly. They also have a good selection of drinks, including various kombuchas and gluten-free beer. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop!
