07/10/2025: A surprising discovery during our visit to the Abbazia San Galgano: a cute little bar with a lovely, spacious outdoor area in the middle of the forest. The concise menu with uncomplicated yet delicious dishes and the friendly service are only topped by the wonderful natural scenery. Dogs are welcome and readily provided with fresh water.
We felt very comfortable there and set off on our next travels feeling refreshed. Be sure to try the Galgano red wine!
25/09/2025: The place is ideal for a break after visiting the abbey, then the church... so going downstairs you'll find this bar, ideally located.
We ate various bruschetta (I recommend the chicken liver one, absolutely delicious!!), the excellent ribollita, and other first courses.
There's a bit of a wait, but you can't always rush. The quality of the food is worth the wait.
It's a shame I didn't take photos... take my word for it!

The restaurant itself is set in a charming italian patio.

22/07/2025: Sono stato qui 2/3 volte e ogni volta l’atmosfera vale la distanza da casa. Si mangia in mezzo alle vigne! Ottimo Candia, neanche a dirlo, è buona cucina. Unica pecca: personalmente trovo le porzioni di cibo un po’ piccole… Ma bisogna anche dire che i prezzi sono assai più bassi della media. Lo consiglio!
13/07/2025: Locatino stupenda immersa nei vigneti, ottimo anche per bambini che scarrozzano in mezzo al verde, personale super cordiale, ottimo vino produzione propria, ottimi i tordelli massese e la frittura, chiara, croccante e da assaggiare i dolci:la torta di riso perfetta e anche crostate e yogurt. Ps. Mia figlia si è mangiata anche tre pere raccolte dalle piante da frutto attorno ai tavoli. 🥰

25/08/2025: We had focaccia and pizza there. A super delicious meal, perfectly prepared, and very friendly service.
The restaurant is right on a main road. Therefore, the ambiance is urban, loud, and just right for a quick snack.
We'll be back.

18/10/2025: Guys, fantastic atmosphere, a truly unique vibe, a truly cool and interesting place, extremely excellent food, including traditional Tuscan dishes, 5 stars for everything. The bill was also perfectly in line with what I ate, the icing on the cake was the "house amaro"—incredibly good!

21/10/2025: I happened upon it by chance. The food is worthy of being called food. The flavor is excellent, the plating is attractive, the desserts are good, and the price is fair. Run by a top-notch family. It's nice to see and recognize the people who work in the pizzeria/restaurant wearing a nice uniform. I hope you continue to improve. Well done to the chef sister.
