Unfortunately, the Wine Bar was closed on the day of our visit, so we didn't have the chance to stop in. And that was a real shame, because the place really invites you to do so. Surrounded by greenery, among trees, shaded tables, and the timeless charm of the Abbey of San Galgano and the Montesiepi Hermitage, it exudes a rare sense of tranquility. It's one of those places where you can easily imagine yourself with a good glass of wine in hand, enjoying the silence and beauty of the landscape. The setting alone is worth a stop. I will definitely return, hoping to find it open this time.

A great stop after visiting San Galgano, descending from the hermitage. Pleasant outdoor setting, attentive and friendly service. The croatoni are excellent, but the pappardelle with wild boar ragù deserve a special mention—exquisite!!! The prices and quality are worth the stop. I say this as a Tuscan. Despite being next to such a famous attraction, this place is authentic and not a tourist trap.

Great potential, but extremely slow service... very good food, but waiting over an hour for two plates of cold cuts and two plates of cheese is really excessive!! Unfriendly staff... shame!

Exquisite local cuisine! We had a wonderful lunch here. The wild boar pasta was outstanding definitely the highlight of our trip. My wife and I loved everything about this place, from the wine to the beautiful setting. A must-visit!

10/07/2026: I went there for dinner with my family and all of the waiters were very patient, respectful and just really kind. The food was amazing and the waiter Joseppe was very kind and took care of us the entire night. It’s definitely a restaurant to try
29/06/2026: Every time we go to Tuscany, we can't miss out on a visit to Anna in Montepulciano. She's incredibly kind and friendly, and makes sure the food is truly delicious. The staff is also wonderful. Giuseppe, for example, is very talented and kind, and makes us feel at home. It's a pleasure to stop by them every time. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.
