31/05/2025: Amazing place, exceptional and very helpful owners! I passed by chance and I was welcomed as it doesn't happen often... I will definitely be back!!!

31/05/2025: A place where you can feel at home, Simone welcomes you with his jokes and gives you sincere laughter. In a calm and quiet corner of Florence in this place you can drink a glass of excellent wine and relax away from the crowd of this big city, highly recommended!!!

16/07/2025: Very nice place, fast and precise service. The menu is very varied, the only flaw being that, being intolerant to shellfish, I tried to choose everything based on meat and vegetables, but the surprise was finding 3 shrimp inside the mixed grill of meat... the clerk apologized, telling me that if I had pointed out my allergy, she would have given me a specific menu in Italian with all the ingredients... let's say a 50/50 error.... above the norm price, about €50 per couple, in my opinion excessive even if the quality of the food was good.

30/08/2025: We ordered caccio e pepe pasta - a small portion, nothing special in taste. Polpette in tomato sauce with mashed potatoes - tasty and a decent portion. Deer tartar with truffle - bland, without sorbet it would have been boring. Plus, we were told twice that there were no juices or tea, only Fanta/Cola and coffee, because "we are a restaurant, not a bar" 🙄

07/08/2025: It's a temple of meat; every time I go, there's something new to try, and it's always a perfect experience. Federico, the owner, is a true enthusiast, and when he describes a dish on the menu or the various selections of aged meats, he has that smile and a twinkle in his eye that shows someone who truly loves what he does. The location is well-kept and intimate, both in winter (inside) and summer (outside), and the service is always excellent. For me, it's the number one restaurant.

09/06/2025: We rarely give 5 stars, but everything here is just right. The food is incredibly delicious. We were there for two days and were particularly impressed by the pasta. Even when the restaurant is empty, it takes a while for the food to arrive, but after all, you want freshly cooked food, and we're sure you will! Authentic and very tasty cuisine at extremely fair prices with no "nasty surprises." Table charges are clearly stated on the menu (€1.50) for everyone, and there is no charge for children. That's fair and definitely not the case everywhere. The house wine on the tourist menu was also great. If we had discovered the restaurant earlier, we would have come every day and avoided one or two disappointments elsewhere. A little tip: The restaurant's opening hours are nowhere to be found. As the owner, I would change this.

24/05/2025: Sweet, small cafe outside Siena. Happened upon it leaving the chaotic, lack of tourismo parking, Siena. Had a delicious pranzo and enjoyed conversing with the lovely lady running the ristorante.

27/08/2025: We went there for dinner. Recommended by friends. I must say that the staff is super polite and professional and above all there is a family atmosphere. Some had excellent fish dishes, I had stewed wild boar and ricotta and spinach tortelli, everything was excellent and the steak was also excellent. I recommend it, go there 🤪

24/06/2025: The breakfast needs improvement. We expected a farm with local products. Instead, we were offered none of that. The interior of the accommodation needs to be renovated! The location and the view are fantastic!
