20/10/2025: Everything was very good. The staff was excellent and the owner was friendly.

18/10/2025: A trattoria catering to passing tourists, not easily visible unless you go slowly. The waitress's service is kind and punctual. The food isn't excellent, especially the first courses, particularly the two versions of the maltagliati, which were served al dente, almost undercooked (the egg pasta was still yellow). The tourist eats slowly! No need to rush!

28/08/2025: A very well-maintained farmhouse apartment with a kitchen and a relaxing veranda. Lovely outdoor dining area, excellent food, and good service. The location is a bit remote, accessible by car or bus.

30/10/2025: This is one of the closest places to the parking lot, and thermal, so everyone goes here. We had a great cappuccino and Coretto for a snack, but there are other places to go.

27/10/2025: We really enjoyed the Experience at Tramanda Restaurant. The restaurant is very cozy & beautifully decorated. Feels very intimate with lots of cozy spaces. The food was fresh & very tasty & the wine list was very big. The service was wonderful & everyone was attentive. We came at night & it was quite a stormy evening, so we didn’t get to enjoy the surroundings but could tell it’s incredibly beautiful and so we will be back!

31/10/2025: A delightful, small, and quaint place, a great place to eat. I had a mixed antipasto, delicious Lucchese ravioli with ragù, and a fried egg with truffle. The waiters were very kind and always smiling. Always a pleasure to dine here during Comics, highly recommended.

28/10/2025: An intimate place full of details to observe and notice. Both the chef and the waiter are truly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. They have a dedicated menu page for their mushroom dishes, which are super delicious.

29/10/2025: Fantastic dinner and great service. We had the stuffed squid as a starter, absolutely amazing, followed by the ragù bianca and the pici al cacciucco pasta, both of which were excellent. We highly recommend this place!

24/10/2025: A lovely, welcoming place, with excellent raw seafood and creative first courses, including cacio e pepe risotto with calamari and amazing bottarga. We chose a French wine, so we like to win easily, but the wine selection is also varied and well-stocked. Nice selection of rums, whiskies, and more. Highly recommended! Congratulations!

03/11/2025: We stayed during November 2025 one night (with breakfast included) at Tenuta di Mensanello for about €130. The estate is a beautiful slice of Tuscany: it spans around 300 hectares on the rolling hills near Siena and the Via Francigena, blending agriculture, nature and history.  The rooms were clean and well-kept, the staff friendly, and pets are welcome without an extra charge — big plus for dog-owners. What worked: • Easy access, plenty of parking. • Great location to explore places like Volterra, Siena or San Gimignano. • Pet-friendly (no surcharge) and attentive service. • The rooms in good condition. What could use improvement: • Breakfast was disappointing. The variety was limited and I expected something more of a rustic/agriturismo style: say a homemade seasonal cake or local cold cuts, rather than supermarket-style cooked ham & cheese still in the plastic tray. • The amenities in the room were minimal: just a small soap and two tiny shower gels that barely lasted one person. I’d have expected additional items like intimate cleanser or a tube of toothpaste at this price point. Overall impression: Tenuta di Mensanello has real charm thanks to its setting and friendly staff, but the breakfast experience and room amenities feel inconsistent with the nightly rate. With a bit more care in those areas it could easily merit a higher rating.

30/10/2025: Reception staff - super friendly and helpful. Easy parking with good access to the room to load/ unload the luggage. Nice breakfast. Only one small window in the room - made it quite dark, door not sealed properly. Close to nothing in the room - no kettle, no water on arrival. Not able to borrow wine glasses from restaurant which I found ridiculous. Male member of staff in restaurant - absolutely awful, made all other staff really stressed for no reason, which impacts all guests made them feeling extremely uncomfortable. Nothing worse in hospitality business than having a toxic member of staff. Food at diner time was very average.

01/11/2025: Really good pizza with a variety of toppings available. Reasonable prices and very friendly and courteous staff. We stopped by on Halloween night and they handled the busy schedule very well. The location is cute and the perfect place to chat with friends without having to shout. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

22/08/2025: We didn't even have time to eat because as soon as we entered the waiter didn't accept that we had decided to sit upstairs instead of downstairs. By the time we ordered water, we were asked what we wanted to order. After asking for another minute, the waiter snorted, and at that second sign of rudeness, we got up to go downstairs to pay for the water, which he said hadn't even been brought to us because he knew that a couple of tourists, very normal young people like so many others, would leave, and so it was.

19/08/2025: Delicious food! It was worth the wait!

08/11/2025: Passing through Florence for a few days, I stopped for a drink at Moyo. I started with an espresso martini, which was delicious, just the way I like it, and then I was tempted by their signature autumn cocktail. It was wonderful, with notes of apple and cinnamon that tantalized the taste buds! Don't hesitate to try it. A big thank you to the very kind and attentive waiter and the absolutely charming waitress!
