I tried several dishes and I have to say they were fantastic! The kimchi was amazing, the only flaw was that it was too spicy! If there was a less spicy version, it would be really perfect!

The food is good, although I personally didn't like the ham croquettes with melted cheese, but the ramen is excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly. It's a small place with a view of the kitchen.

At Lievito Madre, you can also purchase niche food products of truly exceptional quality. The owner, Mr. Paolo, is very kind and knowledgeable.
15/01/2026: Everything was delicious. The hand-chopped meat was sublime. The pizza dough, focaccia, and bread were delicious.
