We rented a 3 bedroom apartment. It needed upgrades, including bathrooms. They provide no paper towels or coffee unlike the other places we stayed at. Ran out of toilet paper and trash bags which we resupplied. You get up charged for pool towels, breakfast is not included for apts, use of laundry (which is in a dark barn shared with staff). Positives are staff (restaurant, reception) are friendly and helpful. Location is good for day trips to explore Tuscany. There is a pool which closes at 7pm (hours should be extended for summer) and views are beautiful. Farm stay has potential but they run more like business (up charge for everything, but amenities are limited unlike rentals through Airbnb, VRBO or hotels). Recommend comparing options w/ farm stays in the region.

My family of 5 stayed in one of the apartments on the property for 3 nights. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived at this beautiful property. Great location for exploring tuscany and also spent a day relaxing on the property where we were able to sit by the gorgeous pool overlooking the tuscan countryside, had a winery tour with oil and balsamic tasting, and booked a cooking class on site which was a family favorite and highlight of our trip! The rooms are rustic and nothing fancy, but were very clean and had everything we needed except for no provided toiletries in the bathrooms. We had a truly magical time here and would absolutely come back! Would recommend for anyone wanting to fully experience the beauty of Tuscany.

A friend and I went to a pizza and foccacia making class one afternoon. The experience was wonderful and so much fun. I truly learned how to make them both. They provided unlimited wine of our choosing while we were in the class. The instructor did not speak English so another employee was with there to interpret everything. We were able to eat everything we made after with wine which was delicious. I think this would be fun for older children (9 and up) to participate in also. Another day we were bike riding and went there for lunch. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious … you truly taste the freshness of the farm to table experience. They had a tour group booked for olive oil and wine tasting so they were very busy accommodating the tour group and private diners . Did not matter to us ….the surroundings provide a beautiful view. We just relaxed and enjoyed the authentic Italian experience. Thank you for 2 amazing experiences!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff was really really friendly, the food was amazing, the rooms were really clean. Location wise it also great if you want to relax. We had an amazing time and will come back

Great farmhouse stay in rural Tuscany. Rooms were clean and food was delicious and all made at the farm. Even though I accidentally booked the wrong dates, the staff and owner were very responsive and let me book a room last minute.
