We spent 10 days in Tuscany, and this was our favourite restaurant of the trip.
The service was exceptional - genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive in a way that felt natural rather than rehearsed. The food and wine were both excellent: beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly high quality.
We were lucky enough to have a table overlooking the thermal waters, which made the whole experience incredibly atmospheric and memorable. Swallows flew low over our heads as we ate, adding a magical, almost cinematic feel to the evening.

I encountered an ingredient called Puntarelle for the first time.
I was told that Puntarelle is an ingredient available only for a brief seasonal period each year, and it was incredibly delicious.
I ate burrata cheese at every restaurant throughout my trip to Italy, but this place was the best.

We had a tasting dinner at this restaurant with a splendid terrace overlooking the square's fountain. The menu included an entrée, an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a pre-dessert, and a dessert. Everything was absolutely excellent! The service was attentive, kind, and attentive. The price was also reasonable.
It was a delightful discovery!

Stopped in for a snack, but unfortunately arrived before 12 pm start for lunch menu. Had a pretty good tiramisu and an espresso to take in the lovely square. Thanks.

There's no better view, friendly and courteous service, and a tasting of their own olive oil (the hotel's own label, but produced elsewhere), plus truly excellent dishes.
Satisfied!
I recommend it, especially since the other restaurants don't have a direct view of the lake.

The restaurant is in a location of rare beauty, and I'd say unique.
Of course, it's a little more expensive than others, but the location and the quality of the dishes make up for it.
We had a great time. The service was excellent. The staff was courteous and friendly.
