07/10/2025: The chef is amazing. Between his story, his personality, his passion and skill, we absolutely loved our dinners there and his cooking show. The only drawback is his waitress. Would have been one of our favorite restaurants if she was just a little more focused on her job and customer service.

27/09/2025: Ambrosia was an absolute delight from start to finish. The spinach flan was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made even more special because the chef prepared it right in front of us during a live cooking demonstration. The second course, handmade pici pasta, was outstanding. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and hearing the chef explain how he had prepared the pasta earlier that day just added to the experience. Ambrosia combines authentic Tuscan cuisine with warm hospitality and a personal touch. Highly recommend!

18/09/2025: We quickly decided to go out for dinner in town. We didn't have a reservation, and they quickly found us a table. The service was uncomplicated and super friendly. The food was also very tasty. Highly recommended.

17/09/2025: Today, besides eating with gusto, we had a nice incident with a Coca-Cola with a name. A randomly chosen can brought to my daughter had her name on it :-) The pizza is delicious, the service is friendly and kind, the food was brought faster than we expected, so we didn't actually wait that long. They prepared the pizza for us half and half - so we had just the right portions. For five of us, we paid €51 with drinks. Thank you.

17/09/2025: I stayed in this villa in the early 1960s, during the summer when it was a summer camp for children from the Biella area. I only have a few very pleasant memories, both of the structure and of the walks in the surrounding area. And also of the delicious baked stuffed onions they sometimes served with meals.

08/09/2025: A property that far exceeds expectations. It offers expertly furnished apartments, blending old-world charm with modern touches. Equipped with every comfort (and more), the apartments are among the best I've ever visited. This residence evokes emotions as soon as you step inside. The staff and their added value; from the welcome to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, you'll encounter capable, yet unobtrusive staff. This property has managed to enhance, if possible, the surrounding landscape, which I highly recommend visiting.

04/10/2025: We visited Sandra's in Magliano in Tuscany and fell in love with it! An authentic restaurant where you can feel the soul of the Maremma. Dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. We had a mixed antipasto, the perfect mix of cured meats and prepared dishes (I tried the chicken liver pâté for the first time), tortelloni stuffed with potatoes and truffles, agnolotti cacio e pepe stuffed with wild boar, and we couldn't leave out the desserts: a tiramisu and a cream and hazelnut tart. Everything was truly delicious. The staff is welcoming and kind, the atmosphere is familiar yet meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxed dinner after a day in the hills. A corner of authenticity and tradition that's absolutely worth a visit. Congratulations to Sandra and her staff. ✨ P.S. I recommend making a reservation. On the second night, we ordered desserts to take home. We couldn't leave without trying them again. They also accept dogs. 🐶

09/11/2025: During our stay in Siena, we visited this restaurant twice, and each time was a confirmation. We tried the platter of local products, which was truly excellent and fresh, and three dishes from the menu: the meat tartare, the lampredotto (incredible, given how good it was!), and the pappa al pomodoro, simply delicious. Special mention goes to the desserts, which round out the meal in the most perfect way possible. The bill has always been fair for the quality, and the staff is exquisite and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. This is an absolutely worthwhile place—and we can't wait to return.

25/09/2025: Best bar in Livorno! Andrea, the owner, is the goat. A gem in the city. The place where the locals gather. Cozy and atmospheric, just a stone's throw from the Gran Via. Cocktails average only 6 euros, the tapas are delicious, and... again, Andrea is amazing; he brings you drinks with a smile, like a good friend! The only downside is that it's so cozy you won't want to leave. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: A quaint place in the heart of Livorno. The porchetta sandwich was fabulous. As a true Livorno native, I'll definitely be back.

04/11/2025: A place that hasn't changed over time, with excellent food (the peposo is amazing). The only flaw? If you're a celiac-friendly local, I expect it to be a little more freshly prepared, but I'd go back.

05/10/2025: The best pizza by the slice in Viareggio, truly exceptional, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with fresh and tasty ingredients. Ideal for a quick lunch or snack. The service is lacking and the atmosphere is sparse and noisy.
