We can't say enough about Ambrosia. This was our second visit to Cortona and our second visit to Ambrosia. Each time the food and service were fantastic. The owner/chef greeted us and spoke with us about the dishes he prepared. We tried the six course chef's dinner and it was fantastic (and we love good food). Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience! Excellent dishes, and above all, the quality of the products offered is top-notch. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We'll definitely be back to try the chef's other seasonal dishes.

Great food in Cortona. The rock interior reveals the deep medieval history of Cortona for a great atmosphere. The owner/chef and staff were wonderful hosts for a great experience.

We were there for a food demonstration, and chef Matto was very friendly and helpful. Did not get to experience the full dinning experience as we were just part of the demonstration. We were well taken care of however due to other events going on it felt rushed.
