The restaurant staff stood out for their courtesy and professionalism, offering impeccable service. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to recommend delicious dishes which turned out to be true delights.

Very friendly, excellent cuisine with typical dishes.
The two of us had the €30 menu (appetizers, first course, and sliced steak with side dishes, water, wine, and coffee).

22/08/2025: It's a good hotel if you're traveling to Florence by car. It's easy to park outside and has an indoor parking lot.
Sofía's service at reception was unbeatable.
The room was spacious and pleasant.
The food in the restaurant was excellent.
I also have to mention Estefany, the lady who served us at dinner, whose service was perfect.
It's nice to stay in a hotel when the staff is top-notch.
They offer transportation to and from the city.

10/08/2025: Excellent stop for lunches, dinners, snacks, coffee and shopping, delicious bread, delicious cheeses, excellent cold cuts, wines, choice of good homemade desserts. Rustic environment with indoor room and outdoor veranda. I've been coming here for years and we'll be back!

06/02/2025: The girls are wonderful, always available and courteous, the products tasty and of excellent quality. Short waiting times even if they have a lot of customers.
