04/04/2026: We visited this restaurant last night and the experience was flawless from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and extreme kindness, which immediately put us at ease.
Strengths:
Food quality: The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can taste the meticulous attention to detail behind every dish. We tried both the appetizers and the main courses: bold flavors, meticulous presentation, and generous portions.
Atmosphere: The restaurant is tastefully decorated, creating an intimate yet lively atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends.
Service: The staff is knowledgeable, fast, and attentive to every detail without ever being intrusive... top, excellent!
30/03/2026: A truly fantastic experience. I ate here while on vacation and was completely satisfied.
The cuisine is excellent, with dishes prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to flavor.
As a Palermo fan, I also really appreciated the posters dedicated to the team, which give the place a unique and engaging character.
The food is truly excellent and the value for money is more than fair.
A place I highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat well in a pleasant atmosphere.

17/02/2026: I had a vegetarian pizza: very good, but you don't always find it with pepperoni. I took what was left, so it was even better. The fries (we had a portion) were incredibly generous. The food was good, but not suitable for a romantic dinner. It's certainly cozy, but the atmosphere is more casual. It was October and I was wearing tights, and I have to say, I felt a little cold inside.
I won't comment on the beer because I'm teetotal, but there was a good selection and my boyfriend enjoyed it, so we'll trust him.

18/03/2026: A local friend suggested this establishment and I was not disappointed. Pasta was perfect al dente, not overly seasoned, so you can taste the real flavors of the food.
It tasted like something my Noni would make.
Loved the stone walls and simple decor.
Staff was very kind and attentive .
This dining experience was true comfort!
18/02/2026: I ordered the Casarecce Pesce spada e Melanzane, and it was very good. At first, I almost didn't order it because the menu said it had "mint". Fortunately, I couldn't even detect a taste of mint. My friend ordered Spaghetti al Pesto Siciliano, and he enjoyed his as well. The only critique I have is that the food came after waiting more than an hour.

13/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant just steps from the Teatro Massimo. The dishes are tasty and plentiful. In addition to what we ordered, the manager offered us samples of typical Palermo cuisine. The staff were polite and friendly.

22/02/2026: My group of friends and I came to eat at this sushi restaurant in Bagheria, but the service was poor. After our first order, the second order arrived a good half hour later, after which the waiter, while setting down a plate, dropped a piece of sushi, staining my friend's very expensive shoe (he apologized and simply brought napkins).
Our requests for the late order were useless; all the waiters ignored us, there was no connection, and zero waiter-customer rapport.
Decent food, good location, shame about the service because it's unclear whether the waiters don't understand Italian or are pretending not to.

19/12/2025: We found the restaurant on the road, while wandering around the city. We ordered octopus and pasta. The octopus was supposed to be grilled, but it was fried and chewy 3/5. The Sicilian specialty (pasta) was not very good 2/5, carbonara 3/5 and the swordfish and bottarga 4/5.
Not very satisfying.
08/12/2025: We ate outside at the entrance to the Ballarò market. The lady who served us was very kind. The paccheri with octopus and creamed potatoes and the spaghetti with clams were delicious. Very generous portions and good prices.

19/03/2026: Every year when they reopen on March 1st, after the winter closure, the price increases; and this year, in a city like Palermo, we've reached the ridiculous point of a brioche with cream costing 5 euros!
01/03/2026: I find the price of €3.50 for a small cup absurd. The flavor wasn't great, either, unlike other less renowned ice cream shops. €3.50 is almost the price of Capri or Portofino.

10/10/2025: Granita was on my list — and what can I say… maybe the combo of brioche and gelato just isn’t for me.
The ice cream was amazing, but the brioche — not so much.
If I came back, I’d definitely go for just the pistachio gelato.
