If you're in Palermo, you can't miss the Panelle and Croccchelle. They're amazing, with friendly service and a clean atmosphere. The owner, Domenico, and his wife, Maria, are very helpful and friendly. Don't miss them!

16/04/2026: Everything was excellent! Sandwich with croquettes, spleen, calamari, and panelle.
28/02/2026: I ordered a panelle and crocchè sandwich to go, and I have to say it was perfect before rushing to the station. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always smiling, friendly, and incredibly sweet. A true taste of Palermo, even if just for a few minutes!
