11/03/2026: An experience I'll never repeat. To start, they made the wrong sandwich three times—a simple classic sandwich with cooked ham, mozzarella, and tomato. The only changes I asked for were a green salad and pizza bread instead of regular bread. When it arrived, I realized with the first bite that the bread underneath was completely wet, which shouldn't be the case, since it's supposed to have just come out of the pizza oven. It also arrived way before my cousin's crepe, and they made us eat it separately. The crepe itself was also a disappointment: the béchamel sauce was lumpy, and when reheating it, because it wasn't made fresh, they burned it! When I pointed this out to the waiter, he could only make a sorry face, period. That was it! We didn't have a good night at all... It's my experience and it should be considered as such. Everyone does and thinks what they want. I repeat, NEVER AGAIN.

08/03/2026: Solleone was a wonderful and pleasant surprise, a sandwich shop and more, because here you can find everything, from panini to titbits to piadinas, platters, pizza, burgers, and so much more. We tried an appetizer of fresh potatoes with bacon and cheese fondue, a panini, and a burger, which were really good. The place is cute, the staff is kind, helpful, and very quick in preparing the dishes. We will definitely be back.

03/01/2026: After 10 days of Sicilian food, this place tasted like heaven! We ordered some very basic Indian vegetarian dishes, and every single one of them was absolutely delicious. The flavors felt comforting and spot on. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re craving good Indian vegetarian food!

27/12/2025: The real authentic Indian "restaurant" and not those kind of fast-food places you find around that only do kebab and something else, real typical Indian dishes, huge menu with a lot of choice, very light spicy, spicy and aromatic, the bread and butter chicken are FABULOUS, not to mention the service, they make you feel like you are in a real Indian home, very welcoming

19/12/2025: We found the restaurant on the road, while wandering around the city. We ordered octopus and pasta. The octopus was supposed to be grilled, but it was fried and chewy 3/5. The Sicilian specialty (pasta) was not very good 2/5, carbonara 3/5 and the swordfish and bottarga 4/5. Not very satisfying.

08/12/2025: We ate outside at the entrance to the Ballarò market. The lady who served us was very kind. The paccheri with octopus and creamed potatoes and the spaghetti with clams were delicious. Very generous portions and good prices.

13/09/2025: The arancini are average in quality. You can tell it's an old-fashioned bar without too many frills. The price is also average. Nothing exciting, though.

17/02/2026: I had a vegetarian pizza: very good, but you don't always find it with pepperoni. I took what was left, so it was even better. The fries (we had a portion) were incredibly generous. The food was good, but not suitable for a romantic dinner. It's certainly cozy, but the atmosphere is more casual. It was October and I was wearing tights, and I have to say, I felt a little cold inside. I won't comment on the beer because I'm teetotal, but there was a good selection and my boyfriend enjoyed it, so we'll trust him.

11/03/2026: A photo of the slice of vegan Blackie I brought to celebrate my doctorate with colleagues. The cake was completely gone and everyone loved it, with a delicious hazelnut flavor. I highly recommend it, not only as a place to visit if you enjoy the company (and respect) of cats, but also as a pastry shop with expertise in both standard cakes and some vegan treats (like Blackie or Codina, both very good cakes).

05/03/2026: Delicious chicken, delicious potatoes, and a ton of side dishes, each one better than the last. And don't underestimate the fact that they're always kind and smiling. Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: My name is Luigi Menegat, I'm telling you the truth!! I got there late, around 9 pm, and they were kind. I spent €15, and they gave me perfect chicken with a huge amount of toppings. Everything was very good and tasty. The best of all the chicken I've eaten here in Palermo.

13/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant just steps from the Teatro Massimo. The dishes are tasty and plentiful. In addition to what we ordered, the manager offered us samples of typical Palermo cuisine. The staff were polite and friendly.

I ordered a tuna and red onion pizza, forgetting to ask for it without tomato and onion because I don't like them. The waitress Elena saw I was disappointed and offered to change the pizza so I could enjoy my meal. She was very kind.
