01/06/2025: The pizza was okay, but significantly overpriced. Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly – ​​the bill was thrown at us without a word. Absolutely not worth the price.

01/06/2025: The place is well-kept, there is nothing to complain about, but the staff is very rude, which makes the environment unpleasant. I'm not talking about the service which is slow, but it is also understandable, given the mass of people queuing outside to get in. The food is delicious. I'm not writing this review to denigrate, because I work too and I know what it means, I'm always on the side of honest workers. But making us get up, when one of your employees invites us to sit down, even without a reservation, and immediately after a waiter comes to tell us to get up, this I don't understand, in addition to being rude it is incomprehensible, the staff should all behave in the same way. It was really bad, especially because there was no one waiting and there were even empty tables

30/05/2025: Unjustifiably expensive. Pizzas with outrageous prices described in a fascinating way, too bad that the reality is quite different: ingredients thrown in haphazardly, mediocre dough, rubbery as soon as it starts to cool. Good appetizers, over 8 euros for a mix of fried foods where 90% are potatoes, paid for in fact at a high price. Desserts not to be commented on, truly devoid of any flavor. Beers only in bottles, the craft ones, obviously, at exorbitant prices.

25/05/2025: Tragicomic evening in this place. Appetizer arrived after an hour. Main courses arrived after an hour and a half. 1 pizza arrived at the table, the second one slipped to the waiter between the high chairs of two babies and onto the floor (and thank goodness at that moment the children were in their mothers' arms); an episode that is certainly not condemnable because it can happen, if it were not for the fact that no one deigned to clean up all the condiments that had fallen on the floor and chairs throughout the evening. Another serious thing, the second course of meat arrived without bread and when the diner asked, the answer was that the bread was finished; perhaps it would have been correct to warn in advance, in order to give the diner the opportunity to choose another dish. Unseasoned pizzas with doughs that are heavy to digest and high prices (94 euros for 4 of which: 1 appetizer, 2 pizzas, 1 first course and 1 second course, 1 coke, 1 beer and 1 water). Ultimately, a place to stay away from.

02/12/2024: Bel locale. Molto intimo ed elegante. L’unica pecca è il barman che fa commenti non richiesti sui drink scelti in maniera anche parecchio fastidiosa. Una parola in meno è sempre meglio 🙂

16/06/2025: Small and simple place; bright, in a modern style a little "cold". Kind and helpful staff with customers. Long wait to receive the pizzas at the table, despite the low crowding in the room (probably the wait was prolonged due to take-away orders). Pizzas of decent quality, improvable. Average prices for the type and area. It is not always easy to find parking for the car in the immediate vicinity.

04/04/2025: Abbiamo scoperto Z’Alia a San Giuseppe Jato, un ristorante e pizzeria che sorprende per la grande varietà di impasti per pizza, tutti originali e ben curati. Abbiamo iniziato con l’antipasto “Ammiraglio”, che comprendeva salmone, cocktail di gamberoni in salsa rosa, polpette di sarde in agrodolce e caponata di pesce spada. Buoni il salmone e la caponata, ottime le polpette, mentre il cocktail di gamberoni ci è sembrato un po’ troppo salato. Come primo abbiamo diviso delle busiate al pesto di pistacchi con gamberoni di Mazara: piatto gustoso, ben eseguito e bilanciato nei sapori. Il conto è risultato nella norma e il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, un’esperienza più che positiva: torneremo volentieri, soprattutto per provare le pizze!

11/06/2025: Llegamos temprano para cenar, por lo que el lugar no estaba lleno de gente. Lugar limpio. El servicio era bueno y el personal era agradable y servicial. Teníamos patatas fritas y panelle para antipasto - era excelente. Nuestro plato fuerte fue la ensalada: mi esposa eligió una ensalada de Corfú con feta y almendras, y yo tomé una ensalada de salmón soleado. Ambos teníamos mucha lechuga en nuestras ensaladas - demasiado en nuestra opinión, y no era súper fresco, pero en general el plato principal era bueno. Yo lo llamaría justo por encima de la media, y la calificación se eleva a cuatro estrellas por el buen servicio y el antipasto. Y terminamos con cerveza, sin quejas.

18/06/2025: Top notch! Service was amazing , so we're the prices. The staff was amazing. On point , professional and knowledgeable. Clean. Was so nice we ate there twice. Lunch and dinner. Doing breakfast tomorrow. Tons of other places to eat. We stayed at this hotel and ate here. They also gave us a 20 pct off coupon.

29/05/2025: Seppur a pranzo il ristorante non abbia mai lasciati il segno , questa sera ho deciso di provare la pizza ; finalmente una pizza che merita di essere chiamata tale ! Cotta al punto giusto, saporita, compatta! Oggi , in un mercato fatto di pizze crude, sfatte, gommose e con il centro letteralmente sfaldato che rincorre la tradizione napoletana senza nemmeno avvicinarcisi lontanamente, questa a mio modo di vedere è una delle migliori pizze mangiate negli ultimi anni. Tornerò.

18/05/2025: Excellent food, but I didn't enjoy it almost at all because I spent more time standing asking the waiters and manager for many things that I wouldn't have expected to have to skimp on. Of course on a Saturday you can't expect to be served early or not have small disruptions due to confusion, but: asking several times to have the table cleared when the new dishes arrive or, having to ask several times to be able to eat the courses together and seeing some who finished eating and others who still had to wait despite the numerous reassurances of the staff that the food was ready, obviously to buy time. The staff in the dining room were helpful and courteous but there was a clear lack of coordination in managing the priorities in the dining room. I would recommend it but certainly not for a Saturday night.

Although name is somewhat deceiving, there are more Italian dish than American diet 😄 Asked about steak, but it doesn't look like nashville style from photia I was provided, no fries and stuff, more artistic steak. Then ordered spaghetti carbonara and that was delicious. Just remind - dont search America there 😄
