10/07/2025: Passing by at lunchtime, my husband stopped by, ordered a fried food, and received the dish pictured for the modest sum of €17. The salt jar was empty on the table, and a coffee and a bottle of water totaled €24! Excessive!

25/08/2025: High prices for this type of restaurant compared to the quality and quantity of the dishes We dined at the "Al Raid" restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. Our order included two raw fish appetizers, a first course, wine, and dessert, for a total of €170. When paying, we expressed concern about the price of the appetizers, believing them to be excessive for the quantity and quality actually served. In particular, the shrimp listed on the menu turned out to be small shrimp, and the scampi were standard-sized, not justifying the high price. The waiter reported our complaint to the owner, who, along with his daughter, reacted unprofessionally and rudely. After a discussion, we were offered a €10 refund, an amount that did not reflect the actual discrepancy, estimated at around €30–40. We believe that, had the bill been correct, there would have been no reason to offer a refund. The gesture, accompanied by rude manners and threatening tones, further compromised our experience.

Ottima farcitura, impasto soffice e leggero (sinonimo di una adeguata lievitazione), leggera alveatura, cornice elastica e pronta al ritorno. Veramente buone, complimenti. Servizio rapido, prezzi nella norma. Bellissima esperienza.

14/06/2025: Something really cared for in the details for a high-level gluten free breakfast: everything great except the ricotta sleeve to be reviewed. We will return with pleasure, a round of applause to viviana and antonella, truly very kind and helpful.

22/08/2025: Our day began with the counter attendant telling us, in these exact words: "Go get that piece in your country in Africa." It was a terrible experience. We were treated with extreme rudeness and a total lack of respect. The owner, the counter attendant, and the cashier served us with discriminatory attitudes, paying no attention to our requests for allergies or cultural and religious reasons. The staff's behavior was offensive and unacceptable: in addition to giving us products we weren't allowed to consume, we felt we were being treated racistly. A truly unpleasant and discriminatory incident that should never happen in a public place.

07/09/2025: A small café serving typical Sicilian food. You can customize the dishes. A friendly and welcoming lady invited the chef to recommend dishes. A young woman, probably the owner's daughter, also served us – she was very nice and always smiling. The place has plenty of tables outside, the food is good, and the drinks are cold, which is rare in the area, and it's reasonably priced. We paid 40 euros for three courses and drinks. We will definitely be back!

16/07/2025: Beautiful property in an equally stunning location. The rooms and common areas are well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. A quiet place to relax and reconnect with nature. The pool overlooking the valley is beautiful and very well-maintained. The owners, Giovanni and Angela, were delightful, very kind and helpful. Angela prepared an excellent dinner! The olive oil produced on the farm is also excellent. Last but not least, it's wonderful to spend time with the cats that roam the courtyard. Special thanks also go to the stable managers, Vincenzo and Jasmine, who let us meet the farm's beautiful horses! A place we'll definitely return to.
