We went here in 2021 during the pandemic. I highly recommend their pistachio croissant. Actually, everything looked delicious. The staff were also very friendly.

I loved this bakery. They have a good selection of both sweet and savory items, and everything is delicious. They don't make coffee—it's a bakery, after all—but they do have a vending machine outside.

This pastry shop is my favorite because it respects the Palermo pastry tradition. It's the place where you can still find, with the same care as in the past, some desserts that have disappeared elsewhere, such as La Maria Stuarda and many others. Furthermore, it manages to combine quality and price beautifully. The deli is equally high-quality, and you'll find "pieces" made as they once were. However, it continues to follow the standards of modern pastry-making thanks to the new generation of pastry chefs, who are in love with this craft.

A magnificent pastry shop, found by chance near the Ballarò market. Fresh and delicious products. We had delicious arancini, fried and baked iris (fantastic), and superb fresh cannoli. Exceptional prices. Away from the hustle and bustle and far from the most recommended and mentioned pastry shops. If you're in the area, don't miss it.

We ordered 16 irises to take with us to Germany. Thanks to the owner for the delicious irises!

Lo Stuzzicotto Di Giuseppe Di Blasi

16/05/2026: EN: From the entrance, you can see the open kitchen and traditional wood-burning oven where the pizzas are baked. At first glance, the place seems small, but the very gracious owner invited us upstairs, where there's a spacious room with a balcony and many tables. The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas—both classic and more original creations. We tried several, and all were very tasty: great dough, good ingredients, and a true Sicilian atmosphere. The menu also includes salads and wine, and for beer lovers, the Paulaner is a big plus. We were there on a Saturday around 7:00 PM, and within half an hour, the restaurant was filled with Italian families, which clearly demonstrates that it's a favorite spot for locals. We were also pleasantly surprised by the very low bill—significantly lower than most places we visited during our week-long trip to Sicily. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, local atmosphere and excellent pizza in Cinisi. Another pleasant surprise was the very low bill — much lower than what we had paid in most other places during our week-long trip around Sicily. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic local atmosphere and excellent pizza in Cinisi.
11/05/2026: Definitely the best pizza we've ever eaten. The dough is so thin it's almost nonexistent. The taste made us go back a second time and tried other dishes – definitely worth it. The staff was smiling and multilingual. A fantastic place. We've been to several places in Cinisi, but this is our "one."
