Verdechiaro is a real paradise for vegetarians and vegans although there is no shortage of fish and meat-based dishes. The food is fresh and of excellent quality and the chef's preparations, in addition to being good, are also very original. The pizza is also very good, well seasoned and with light dough to digest.
Prices are medium high but the quality/price ratio is correct.
Discreet service.
Friendly and welcoming staff.

Simply excellent: a location with great attention to detail and managed in an exemplary manner by Chef Nello Occhipinti, a great professional in the sector. Wide assortment of vegan and gluten free appetizers and first and second courses fantastic in taste and composition. Great finale then with a truly wonderful dessert with chocolate and coconut granules. I attach the photos to give you an idea: we will be back soon to enjoy the pizza with ancient grains that we want to try.

Se dovessimo considerare l'atmosfera e la cortesia del personale, le stelle sarebbero cinque e anche più. Tuttavia due punti non mi hanno convinto del tutto: 1) Il taglio del controfiletto per il tataki, un po' troppo calloso per i miei gusti; 2) Il prezzo complessivo, a mio parere eccessivo rispetto al livello di quanto mangiato. Sia l'antipasto che il dolce erano infatti buoni, ma non proprio eccezionali. Detto questo, la scelta e la varietà è talmente ampia che tornerò per provare altro, soprattutto i primi e le pizze che sembravano particolarmente invitanti.

Un buon posto dove mangiare, in coppia o in compagnia, servizio accogliente e cortese, qualità degli ingredienti e giusti abbinamenti. A mio avviso i prezzi un pò alti, ma sicuramente ritornerò a cenare ed a provare altre specialità.
