I want to point out that I care a lot about the quality of the products, and there's a lot of it here. I absolutely recommend it. I came here mainly to try the Maestrale, which is a must-try, truly delicious.

I booked this place in search of something new, and I was greeted with kindness and courtesy by the owners, who showed us to our table... and the attentive and professional service. Reading the menu, we opted for pizza... all the pizzas are reminiscent, at least in name, as they're similar but not the same as pizzas you'll find elsewhere... but reading the ingredients... they're completely new and excellent in flavor... and the quality/price ratio is perfect. I'll be back this time for dinner.

We had a great meal, and the owners are lovely. The caponata was particularly delicious, and each of our vegan dish (including the vegan pizza and vegan tiramisu) were great.

After hearing so much about it, I decided to have lunch at Verdechiaro with my partner and parents (all omnivores except me, who's vegan). We were all impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the inventiveness of the menu, which is full of imaginative and carefully crafted vegan, vegetarian, and omnivorous options. The atmosphere is refined and relaxing, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas! Truly a top-notch restaurant in Palermo.

Welcoming place, impeccable service. The menu ranges from traditional dishes (with a touch of the chef's personality, which doesn't hurt, in fact) to vegetarian options. I'll be back for the pizza.

Everything that we ate was just delicious. The pizzas and the desserts were amazing. The stuff was very kind and helpful and the chef as well. The atmosphere is really nice and calm. I suggest this restaurant without a doubt! Thank you for the nice hospitality and experience!

Welcoming, original, and clean place. Very refined! Excellent product quality! The staff was very courteous, kind, and attentive. I came here with my family for the first time to try pizza, and what can I say... light, thin, and crispy dough, without a too-modern crust. A classic pizza! On a Saturday evening, the restaurant was packed:
Excellent service and truly friendly staff.
We had a very good dinner and were served promptly, with all dishes arriving simultaneously for the table of six. The menu is extensive, refined, and well-curated, with carefully selected quality ingredients, modern dishes, and many vegan options. The pizza was top-notch. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended.
