21/08/2025: My friend and I have been at this restaurant for 2 nights ordering different sides and pasta dishes. The food is very delicious, fresh and made with original love. We were both times met with the most friendly, kind, genuine and heartwarming service - from Cetty and Gaspare. Grazie Cetty e Grazie Gaspare!! You made the whole experience so much better. I recommend this place for the food and service - especially the truffle pasta and tiramisu. It’s truly amazing and very, very good made. Once again thank you for making the evenings more special for us, Cetty and Gaspare. Much love - and never change 🫶🏽

06/09/2025: A very charming and characteristic place, and the staff is quick and welcoming. However, if I may, you should improve the lighting on both the driveway and the parking lot, which are a bit dark and easy to trip over. Otherwise, I recommend it.

A cuisine with traditional, quality products but with a contemporary touch both in the combination and processing of the ingredients and in the aesthetics of the dishes. 07/03/2025: Una "trattoria contemporanea" in quel di Bagheria, evoluzione di una lunga, importante storia che accomuna tre generazioni della famiglia Oliveri. La storia dei “Conte” ha inizio con Croce Oliveri, classe 1920, Con Franco il Conte, classe 1964,recentemente scomparso, pilastro e vate del figlio Claudio classe 1985. Chef giovane, Claudio Oliveri, preparato, meticoloso, che studia,elabora e presenta i suoi piatti con maestria e ricercatezza. La cucina ou visage, permette al cliente, di seguire passo per passo, la concretizzazione dei piatti con curiosa soddisfazione. Servizio in sala, di pari merito, con una maitre elegante, un'altra Oliveri, disponibile e preparata ad ogni spiegazione o richiesta del cliente. Location elegante, minimal chic estremamente seducente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

15/09/2025: Excellent place for an aperitivo in the city center, near Via Libertà. We ordered pizza platters with a selection of cured meats and cheeses for four, and then a platter of cured meats and cheeses for one. The cocktails were good, and the platters were generous and filling. The pizza was good and tasty. We also decided to order dessert, but it wasn't entirely convincing. Nonetheless, we highly recommend this place and will return. We also liked the atmosphere and the service. UPDATE: Satisfied with the aperitivo last time, we decided to return with other friends a few weeks later. Unfortunately, this time we weren't happy. First, the slow service. Second, we ordered the aperitivo option with six simple platters and had specifically asked to bring one for each of us, not to share, because one of us didn't eat several items on the platter, and so we had to modify it by removing some and adding others. Instead, they decided to bring platters for two people to share, and obviously the person who shared it with the friend who couldn't eat certain foods wasn't able to try the charcuterie and cheeses on the original platter because they weren't included, which he would have liked to try. Furthermore, the platters arrived much, much later than the cocktails, and we had to wait even longer because the pizza bread that usually accompanies these platters hadn't been brought with them. The quality of the charcuterie this time was disappointing. Finally, it's worth considering that in addition to the cost of the aperitif, there's an additional €2 per person for the cover charge.

03/05/2025: Attratti dalla promozione apericena pizza 17 euro con antipasto e bibita, io e la mia compagna ci sediamo al tavolo. Ci viene detto che la promozione prevede 1 antipasto ed una pizza margherita con bibita e ci invitano a prenderne 2 per avere una pizza a testa. Morale della favola per 2 pizze margherita, 2 antipasti di salumi e 2 birre paghiamo un conto di 74 euro. Chiesta spiegazione alla proprietaria in maniera arrogante e stizzita ci viene detto che funziona così e che dobbiamo pagare il conto. Non viene accettato nessun contraddittorio. Presi in giro come i pochi turisti presenti al locale, abbiamo consumato prodotti di media-bassa qualità a costi elevatissimi. Sconsigliatissimo! Solo per turisti!!!

28/07/2025: Very kind waiters and impeccable management. I had one of the best pizzas ever, a revisited Kumeta, best pizza ever, highly recommended.

13/07/2025: We didn't use the rooms; we just had dinner at the restaurant, which is open to everyone, not just guests of the agriturismo. The fish appetizer was good, along with a mixed fried fish dish. The first course, pappardelle with pork ragù and burrata, was good but not exceptional; the ragù was a bit too watery. All in all, a pleasant dinner.

13/08/2025: They're in the heart of Palermo, open for 25 years, serving Tunisian cuisine. I've been going there for over 23 years. The couscous is delicious and challenging given the quantity. The kebab is superb, but... You can also get pizza and pasta. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. Highly recommended... top!

11/08/2025: In the very center of Palermo is an excellent restaurant where they serve very fresh food. I am particularly pleased with the constant promotion - unlimited lunch (for 18 euros) and unlimited dinner (28 euros) Seafood and meat - super fresh and super tasty. It is fashionable to eat in the hall (air conditioning) and on the cozy terrace. I highly recommend it. I had an incredible pleasure.

The outside doesn't really catch your eye, perhaps because of the location or the dim lighting. However, inside, the decor is quite elegant and refined. The seafood is delicious! The staff is very friendly and professional.
