28/07/2024: Restaurant, in one of the access streets, to the old "living room of Palermo, with a linear, informal and elegant location. Careful cuisine, explained in a menu, with a very interesting tasting and a la carte choice with semi-gourmet, refined, delicate dishes, the result of an elaboration aimed at seasonality and the high quality of the raw materials used. Vast wine list, with native, national and international selection. Prestigious presence of the old-fashioned Dining Room Manager, something latent today, which, at the same time, made the difference, both in the impeccable description of the dishes and in the advice on the choice of wine. It is also his, the fine merit of knowing how to masterfully prepare a first course of historical Panormite memory, with the vintage flambe technique, which has now disappeared in the various venues. Dining room staff, present, attentive and very kind. Perfect compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Excellent value for money.

10/08/2024: A little disappointing. I came to eat at this restaurant on August 10, 2024. Ordered appetizer of raw and cooked seafood, simple and good. Unfortunately for the first course it went badly, I ordered a risotto with red prawns and orange cream, but a saffron risotto with prawns arrived; the orange cream was not present in the dish and was not even remotely noticeable (the orange still has a strong flavor and the little that is added should be noticeable). I pointed out to the owner how this dish was quite disappointing because he sold me a product for another. The owner simply replied that they don't use saffron, although my risotto only tasted of saffron and that they use Argentine oranges which have no flavour! An answer to how disappointing, despite Sicily being the main land that offers the best citrus fruits such as lemons and oranges, unfortunately it has not used the products of this wonderful land. It is recommended to try it for various reasons including the environment in which this excellent business is located. The perso ale is very nice and the food, compared to the offer currently present in this city, is certainly superlative! I will be back happy to do so! I highly recommend it! Ah, I forgot there is the All You can Eat formula! What a pleasure for the palate!

01/09/2024: It should be noted that I am a regular customer of the place but this time I was completely negative. Three people sat at the table and we all had dysentery, the quality of the products was below edible level, the service seemed like throwing the dish at the table, I said thank you two thousand times and not even once did I receive an answer, ah sorry I had to speak in Chinese... anyway nothing to say about the location...stupendous, but the food leaves you shuddering...I will never go there again if you don't change the raw materials and processing...

17/02/2024: The most interesting bar in the area is one of the best in town. Despite having a small place, the owner was able to create a true concept bar, as welcoming as a neighborhood bar for breakfast, aperitif, lunch. Expert service, attention to detail, quality. Added values: in addition to tables, inside, the very pleasant "showcase" station, with two very comfortable armchairs... the assortment of wines... and the books available for customers!

09/08/2024: The ice cream here has always been good, but now that I have to eat gluten-free I found a decent choice of flavors here (in some places they only have 4-5 SG flavours) and a lot of attention in the service to avoid contamination. The guys at the counter are well organized and attentive and very helpful. The fridge options are also good. Advised!!!
