My only personal advice for the chosen first course: scampi and chicory bisque. Eine Freundin in Palermo, die in der Hotellerie tätig ist, empfiehlt uns immer wieder hervorragende Restaurants, dieses Mal das Aja Mola. Man muss unbedingt reservieren, es ist ein sehr kleines Lokal mit Sitzplätzen im Innenbereich und draußen. Sowohl die Mitarbeiter als auch die Chefin Tiziana, eine wirklich traumhafte Köchen sind nicht nur freundlich sondern herzlich. Man merkt die Freude an der Arbeit, so z.B. die Begeisterung des Sommeliers für die passenden Weine, die er empfiehlt. Die Gerichte sind aus saisonalen Zutaten, absolut frisch, traditionell, aber sehr raffiniert zubereitet, ganz feine Geschmackskompositionen. Wir haben an mehreren Tagen alles durchprobiert, auch das Menü und waren begeistert. Die Portionen sind nicht klein und die Preise nicht überhöht. Eine absolute Empfehlung, das nächste Mal in Palermo ist Aja Mola ein Fixpunkt!
