Very tasty paninis for an affordable price. I really enjoyed the mortadella. Nice servers. A breath of fresh air in this otherwise busy city!

An incredibly atmospheric place with friendly service and delicious sandwiches. These are definitely the best panini I had in Italy. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You could taste the true quality of Italian products in every bite. The Campari Spritz was outstanding. I highly recommend it!!!

11/06/2026: Beautiful view and a good restaurant. Personally I think this place would be best as a group and you can share some plates as they are quite large. I went by myself and was absolutely stuffed. I didn’t make the best choices for myself as I ordered things that were very rich, but that’s on me. Overall it was a pleasant dinner and the staff and service were excellent. It’s a large farm and much of the produce comes directly from the farm, which is nice. I had dessert (forgot to photograph) of little pastries filled with ricotta and pistachio paste, these were not to my taste. But again I think this was more my choices than the restaurant. I will definitely go again and try different things from the menu.
30/05/2026: Excellent food, fast service, always a guarantee. Recommended. Pride of the Madonie region. Renovated location, elegant atmosphere, lush garden.

Ristorante Palazzaccio

25/05/2026: If all of Castelbuono is talking about Fiasconaro, you have to change the subject and stop at Palazzaccio, a completely renovated restaurant with friendly service and quality cuisine made with excellent ingredients! Almost everything is homemade... a relaxing lunch or dinner without going overboard. Typical local cuisine that aims to give you a different experience. They've succeeded! Fairly priced!
17/05/2026: This one deserves all the credit - the welcome, the food, the value for money - all excellent. We came in early for Saturday, the chef himself welcomed us in, we had a tour of the kitchen and in general had a great experience. The tasting appetizer menu of six dishes, the lamb chops and the suckling pig were freshly made and excellent. So was the dessert. The restaurant filled up by 9:30pm, while we came in at 7:30pm. We'll, the Michellin listing is well deserved.
