I've been frequenting this restaurant for over 30 years, and it's become a firm fixture. The owner, Sebastiano, is extremely kind and always attentive to his customers' needs, a quality that is reflected in his impeccable service. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, with fresh and well-kept spaces, especially ideal during the summer months. The quality of the food is consistently high: from the pizzas to the appetizers, every dish is prepared with great care and is truly delicious. It's a perfect place for families as well as for special occasions or receptions. The fish dishes are especially noteworthy, always fresh and top-quality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, courtesy, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Eating at La Montagnola is truly a great experience. The fish is incredibly fresh, the dishes are flavorful, and you can truly taste the flavor of the sea. The dishes are prepared with great care, and the staff is always ready to satisfy every need. The open kitchen is definitely a highlight. The restaurant and bathrooms are always spotless. I think the prices are reasonable for the dishes.

An excellent restaurant in the mountains with its own parking lot. It's about an hour's drive from the center of Palermo to the mountains, but it's worth it. We've been there more than once and will return again. However, it's only open on Fridays, not always for lunch. It's open for dinner on Saturday and Sunday. You have to call to find out. They don't have fresh seafood and they're closed.

I chose the restaurant from Google's recommendations and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. This elegant, new, and meticulously maintained restaurant offers excellent dishes, both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were kind and attentive, and the owner was friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasure to talk to. And last but not least: the ricotta cannoli were delicious, worthy of the fame enjoyed by Piana degli Albanesi cannoli!

02/11/2025: Stayed at a near by all inclusive hotel. Without getting transport to closest tourist places, Cefalu or Palmero, there is nothing outside of the hotel complex. 2 weeks ago there was a Ferrari car tribute event so had a walk out along the road to watch AND stumbled on this GREAT LITTLE CAFE. Having already eaten, Just stopped for a coffee (and beer🫣😂). Looks to be run by a family, with a great selection of authentic food and drink. Also very reasonably priced. A good break from an all inclusive hotel, experiencing more culture. Very polite and welcoming. English isn't great so like a game of sharards but that was the authenticity we liked of true Sicily 😃. Overheard others who had a meal saying how nice the food was. Even if it's only a walk out of the hotel and a drnykike us, support this great independent
