Found by chance while walking through the streets of the historic center of Palermo. Highly recommended, a menu that offers dishes based on typical local raw materials that are well presented and enhanced. To give added value, the kindness and courtesy of the owners. Try it!

Ristorante che si presenta con stile e finezza. Ottime ricette, materiale fresco, piatti ben assortiti, gusti esaltati. Ambiente raffinato. Le persone che vi accolgono sono discrete e squisite. Suggerisco la pasta e il pesce (assaggiato uno spada con abbinamenti esaltanti).

We decided to go to a special restaurant on our last evening in Palermo. So happy that we opted for Ferro! Everything about our experience was first class - from the welcoming Aperol spritz! The service is excellent, the food (& wine), absolutely delicious and the ambience just perfect. Thank you to the team at Ferro for an amazing final evening in Palermo.

Consigliato da mio fratello, abbiamo deciso di festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio in questo ristorantino delizioso nella Palermo vecchia a due passi dal teatro Massimo. Ottima scelta! Il cibo è buonissimo, dall'antipasto al dolce. I vini proposti sono eccellenze siciliane. Il personale è cortese e premuroso. L'atmosfera è serena e rilassante. La clientela è indigena e straniera. Spero di tornarci presto!

05/04/2024: Wow, my last restaurant visit in Sicily and the best so far. If you don't come to eat here, you haven't been to Sicily. The food was very delicious, the service was very attentive, the atmosphere was very appealing and the patron had everything in view. I'll be back on my next trip to Sicily. A very clear recommendation!!!
04/04/2024: Classic Sicilian trattoria. The environment is typical, the service is good and the staff are attentive and helpful. Well I can't talk about the meals. The caponata and pasta with sardines are far from standards while the rest ordered by my fellow diners was of poor quality.
